Bunnings Logan Road Mt Gravatt reviews
69Great little Bunnings! I rang from Ipswich to have some items put aside and they did! Friendly staff. Would definitely shop there more often if I lived closer.
Purely a convenience. Like any multy nation company absolutely no customer service, rude staff. My wife and 10 year old daughter dropped into the store and noticed a sausage sizzle tent open, however when my wife asked for a sausage for my daughter they rudely replied no its a 'team' BBQ only. DISGRACEFUL! Good on you for teaching our children how not to treat others.
We won't be going back there!
Rant over
Surprisingly large selection of decently priced hand tools, especially considering the smaller size of the store compared to the other warehouse sized outlets. Found what I was after and then some, quickly and at fair prices. Would recommend.
I find this a smaller Bunnings but stocked 4 what you need. If you just need a duck in duck out. Or don't like the usual crowds. Hardly any people on a weekday. Perfect 4 social distance & if all else fails - home delivery works
Like all Bunnings - hard to find staff and when you do, pot luck they actually know what they are talking about.
I do not understand why prices are increasing exponentially.
I purchased a small packet of industrial putty filler, cost $13.88.
Purchased the same product 18 months ago at Bunnings, $9.89.
That is an approximate 40% increase in price. Not happy.
Why? Why? Why?
Not the biggest Bunnings in Brisbane but still have good variety and stock levels. Had a small issue with an electrical item which was quickly and politely resolved with staff.
Great joint, staff were helpful but their directions were confusing or inaccurate at times. For a mid size Bunnings it does well.
This is, in fact, a Bunnings.
In all seriousness, friendly staff and decent range. This is one of the smaller Bunnings I've been to but it's still got what you need.
Person at service desk was very gruff and suspicious when I wanted to return an item for my grandfather. Wouldn't let me use a credit receipt to buy a gift card for Bunnings, is there any difference between a credit and a gift card? The rules don't really make sense.
This Bunnings experience was pleasant staff were very friendly and even though it is a small store and doesn’t offer a cut shop it’s still great for quick pick ups.
Staff are nice and parking is ok. However stock levels are quite often low and a much smaller range than a normal size Bunnings. Good to visit if you know what you want, and can check online if available first.
Great range willingness to give assistance and advice and answer questions too. If items not in stock then will seek out where you can go for them
The worst Bunnings. Little range. Not very nice customer service either. Would go to any other Bunnings store for guarantee of product availability
Not the best carpark - Shared with multiple other businesses. Other than that it's your standard hardware store.
This Bunnings is OK but a bit limited in terms of items. However, I did find something here today that I've been looking for for a while, so I'm stoked about that.
NOT enough staff to serve has to stand for a bit no self service only 2 staff, was good variety though and I would return but think about customer service
The guy that serves me about the wheelbarrows was very nice certainly go back there again when I get some more cash and buy a wheelbarrow thank you very much.
Staff looked exhausted at 8.45 am but still polite. Store smells like mould and entrance was crowded with a lot of plants and shelves and fertiliser pallets. Not a welcoming entrance at all. Couldn't walk 2 people side by side into door because of the layout. Accident waiting to happen.
It would have to be one of the worst stores I have ever been to. Severely understaffed and complete lack of customer service. If it was the last Bunnings left open in the south east corner I would rather try and make some rudimentary tool myself then go to that store again, I wasted 2 hours of my life waiting in line for a special order that was already picked and packed ready to go.
