Very helpful staffs. You feel embarrassed asking staffs where things are and they don’t mind leaving their work and showing you where they can be found. Definitely the best Bunnings and great customer service!

This store is not for serious shopping. If you need to quickly fix something or some simple materials, then this will be enough. There are usually only a couple of workers and they are carefully hidden. There is usually only one cash register. There is no check out self-service.

Worst customer service you’ll ever receive. I asked two team members who were available for help and no one “had the time”. Will never go back as I don’t stand for rude customer service.

Smaller store by Bunnings standards so not the full mega range available here.but this store is comprehensive nontheless. Excellent staff.

I have been waiting for 40 minutes for my call to be answered. Im sure even the chap who made the recorded message will have lost his voice!

As a person from a country that doesn't have such stores, it's always fun going here. I could just get lost in here and all the possibilities it offers not just for the daily living, but also for the experimental and creative side in each of us.

This is a smaller Bunnings with personal, friendly service. We found what we needed quickly & when we asked about a trolley they spotted our pooch outside & asked if we wanted to bring her inside. Thought that was a sweet gesture.

Not as stocked as other Bunnings and a woeful plant selection and no garden centre to speak of. Best to go to a bigger Bunnings to ensure you get what you want.

Sometimes I go to this store and am told that what I am looking for is only sold on bigger stores.frustrating at times. Staff generally seems to run away from you when they see you

A surprising wide variety of stock considering the smaller size of this Bunnings. Definitely head online to check if they stock if you're looking for something weird prior to popping in.

I tried to purchase 2 bolts for my Ryobi Mower in early July via my local Bunnings special orders. The bolts needed are 8mm x 6.5cm long. The first part they sent took 2 to 3 weeks to arrive but it was 4 to 5mm x 2cm long and only 1 bolt, so it was returned. Reordered after Bunnings a lot of toing and froing phone calls with Ryobi, a number of weeks later 2 bolts arrived 8mm x 4cm long, bolts not long enough but right thickness. So returned them by August 30 I cancelled the order as it had been 2 months and we had got absolutely nowhere. Thinking I could order the parts from a mower shop I realized Ryobi are sold exclusively by Bunnings, so no one else can order parts since confirmed by Ryobi.
I telephoned the other local Bunnings (Bunnings Logan Road Mt Gravatt) and spoke to RUBY in Special Orders on 02/09/2022. I thought I was on another planet because Ruby was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and had a CAN DO attitude, this was not the laid back attitude I experience normally. The right 2 bolts were received today 08/09/2022 within 1 week.
My 5 star review is for Ruby alone not Bunnings.

Very helpful staff. I had a few unusual requests to help decorate my house for Halloween and they helped me find all kinds of alternative items.
I even had a young guy run around the shop looking for me as he'd found an alternative to one of the items I was going to purchase.
Very impressed and thankful!

I love Bunnings but today I'm disappointed of a desk lady Lauren who make me wait to ask a question about my product by the cashier and I found her serving others costumers and after complaining she served another 2 costumer and manager not shows up when I asked the other staff

Toys, toys, toys. Not as crowded as the one in Wecker Rd, much easier to get in and out quickly for small items than the bigger stores.

Great place for shopping. Staff are great and friendly. There should be a clearer sign where the entrance is.
