Bunnings Kingaroy

I regularly shop at Bunnings. Everytime I am too short for the high items. I go and look for my favourite worker David Rankin to help me. He is always helpful and courteous. Thank you David for all you do for us

Any amount almost, of tools, hardware, paint, painting requisites, building equipment, materials, various items, some priced cheaper than on line. All laid out to traditional Bunnings floor plan. Garden centre and cafe. Ample and easy parking, excellent accessibility from the road. Sausage Sizzle BBQ Saturday mornings. Large pet shop across the road.

I would like to say a huge thank you Krista for being so amazing! She was happy to answer all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Bunnings you certainly have a great team member there!

Awesome little hub. Always a great experience from here. Good deals, honest information from all staff.
June from the nursery section is good value too.
I can go here again and again, and leave happy every time.

Love going to Bunnings a great store got just about everything you need for home garden shed and lots more can spend hours there just looking around

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Stock is often low and you cannot get everything you may need.

Brought a ryobi cordless corner sander and a part missing from box. Rang Bunnings and on hold for 10 mins before I gave up. Needed to use sander over weekend and I live out of town. Pick up your phones Bunnings! No good service

All in all, Bunnings are all the same. If you are conversed with imperial measurements as well as metric, then you have the advantage. Most Bunnings staff have no idea about the old measurements. Friendly and helpful is always the case, and at Kingaroy Bunnings, it is no different. Usually well stocked on popular items or willing to get it. I will continue to shop there.

Bunnings products and service are fantastic but the Woman's toilets at the Kingaroy store were filthy today the 7th March. They are ofthen grimy but today they were unusable.

Very freindly staff the lady at the front door really made the reception feel like a old school country business very good customer service skills over all the shop was run really well and clean easy parking I would have to say proberly one of the best Bunning shops I've been into the only downside is prices are a bit Higher in this area but unfortunately because of the way Australian people Carry On about COVID we won't be returning to this Bunnings store when Australia is a fair and equal country where the same rules apply to every humans then I will follow the rules

Minimal product range. It's almost useless.
2* because the few staff you see are polite.

I think some of the guys there don't like serving women. Especially if asking for advice in the trade section. Seems we're too much trouble to be worth it. I can always take my business elsewhere. Thanks for not being helpful this morning, as what I was looking for wasn't in the place I was told to look.

Great great great. Sometimes the older female staff spend more time talking to the male staff while you stand there.

Great service very helpful and got a bargain on outdoor settings

It is a bigger Bunnings than I expected, though some asiles in the timber/trade drive in section could be wider.

Has everything you'd expect but the service although always pleasant is often slow.long lines, one register.same as their neighbour so what can you do ‍️

What a joke! Went into bunnings to get a fireplace, should have been simple as I had already been online and picked which one I wanted.
First we stood in front of the fireplaces for about 10mins waiting for a staff member to approach us instead we listened to 2 staff members talk about who is dating who and 3 other ladies complaining about customers, then a staff meeting got called, everyone (15-20 staff members) huddled around the area we were standing not one person thought to ask us if we needed help. We then walked around the store looking for a staff member.no one, so then we walked up to the person at the front door and asked him if we could get help with the fireplaces he told us that there are staff members near there so someone should come over and help, i think I must have had a frustrated look on my face, because he told me he would call someone to help, so we went back to the fireplaces and waited, after another 5 mins a girl finally came over from the meeting and asked us if we needed help we responded yes we would like to get this fireplace, after scanning and finding that they had 3 in stock but the were up on their headboards so we had to come back when someone was on to operate the machine to get it down. When I asked about delivery she said yes, just go to the trade desk to get quote and organise delivery, when we got to the trade desk surprise surprise no one was there the desk was closed, there were another 3 people wanting help from that desk, but not one staff members in sight!
This place really needs to sort themselves out, today they lost a $1500+ sale, and considering we are in the process of renovating 2 bathrooms and a kitchen they have lost many more for the sales for the future too. I will never shop there again! Pathetic!

Very poor customer service. Long queues at the checkout. Will support smaller hardware stores in future.

The last three times i came here i haven't had a good shopping experience i ended up going to mitre10
