Always very helpful no matter what section you are in. The dog loves coming here. It’s his social outing.

Air conditioning works well due to being away from the coast with less humidity. Customers and staff happier and less stressed due to comfortable conditions. Staff mostly helpful.

It was nice and big first time being in this bunnings car park and the exit is a bit small if your driving a truck or 4x4 with a trailer but great service and friendly people

The staff at Gympie Bunnings are amazing! Spoke to Ross and he helped with a product item that was only in stock at the Gympie store. Not only did he give me some advice for places to eat in Gympie but he also put the item on hold for me and I made the trip up from Caloundra. Thanks Ross!

Staff are rude & not helpful.
We wanted to purchase a mirror for our en-suite that lights up & asked the staff at the service desk near the kitchen section if someone could help us with it, they said no and kept looking at the computer. I then asked if she could call someone who did know about the mirror and she said no again while not even looking up from her computer.

Well worth the drive from Kingaroy to buy 15 sets of shelving. And of course all the impulse buying as well. Friendly staff and good parking even on a Sunday.

Bunnings are in general good but please work out if dogs are wearing muzzles, or not. My dog always wears one and then a zillion others don't and today I was asked to put his muzzle on. So, sort it out. Dogs over 10kg muzzles on or no entry, none of this lets put the Rottie in a trolley and pretend it isn't a big dog and doesn't need a muzzle.

I love Bunnings & this store has a much better lay out and range than the Maryborough Bunnings. It's hard to get help from staff though. While some have been helpful, many times they're either hard to find, disinterested, or unknowledgeable.

Honestly the best Bunnings I've ever been too. Fantastic staff. Very spacious store with an extra big range. Always plenty of mark downs. I go just for a sticky beak and a walk

Bunnings. What more is to say. No knowledge of products and lucky to find any service. It's not the staff's fault there are not enough customer service

Some staff can be some what opinionated some don't seem to know there stuff but the majority are knowledgeable freindly and helpful.

I was in Bunnings today and had two particularly great service encounters. The dark haired lady at the info desk was excellent helpful and pleasant. I then proceeded to the plant end checkouts only one was open with the other staff member building boxes. There was quite a line. While I was waiting I was listening to Haylee chat with the customers very friendly and professional whilst efficiently doing her job. When she came to me I had gift cards (best present ever btw) she had a small problem with processing the change in gift cards, (of course the line was getting bigger) eventually she had to request assistance from the senior staff member, who was quite abrupt (although quite swift) she remedied the problem. That as far as my untrained eye could tell was just one step out of order. I am writing this review, something I do not do often as I thought that the higher ups should be aware that Haylee (at least that was what was on the badge) is doing an excellent job. Just in case they don’t know it from her immediate superiors. Thanks

Never not found what I've been looking for in Bunnings, the problem is the stuff you didn't go for that I end up buying. Love the joint.

Pretty regular for Bunnings, ridiculously long wait at the paint counter just after a resin catalyst, wasn't even acknowledged until another staff member came along and served me in 2 s edconds

I love this place. You can find anything n everything you require when outdoors gardening or pargola building or BBQing. Want a kitchen that's smick, then look at their range. Wide range of products n always friendly staff n you need a break in your browsing, then sit n have a drink n something to eat at the eatery. YUMMY?

Very helpful person in the plumbing section. Purchased the right product for my needs after great description of that product. Staff are very corteous and knowledgeable. Thanks.
