Bunnings Dalby reviews
51 Bunnings is legit My favourite place to shop!
They have everything I need and more! Super happy
When I get to shop at any Bunnings store!
Amazing customer service, friendly with a smile!
Thank you very much for Cooper he been very helpful and kindly he help me with my paint questions its been very professional
Good prices, just wish they had a wider range. Alot of things that are "in" / very popular right now are hugely offered at other bunnings but not here. Eg - plant stands. Then when they do get them they have very limited stock and it flies out the doors. Otherwise they have a good range of all the basics / diy and tradie gear. Plenty of parking. Knowledgeable staff.
Easy access and exit off and on a main through road, ample parking, lots of and many items, almost new, a really nice Bunnings.
What staff there was were nice enough but waited 1/2 an hour for someone to cut some timber only to be told there was not enough staff rostered on and no one able to use the saw.
Went to buy a bathroom mirror bit only had s couple there. Must be difficult to get the stock in.
After reading the positive comments in reviews it saddens me that I am about to write a negative. Recently my daughter in law who was 8.5mths pregnant went to your store and purchased many boxes of flooring and other heavy items. While loading them onto her trolley people watched her, no one offering assistant. She then went to the car and loaded them in herself. Not one offer of a lift. Where is customer service?
I went to your store this week, assistance with product very limited and I lifted a slab of desktop timber myself. At the checkout after speaking of the above experience I was offered some help but after two calls still no one came, so I did it myself. In the carpark a lovely lady passing by offered to help. Just think this is very poor.
Plenty of parking. Convenient location and access to it. Store is well presented and stocked well. Most staff were friendly and willing to help.
It is smaller than other Bunnings stores and as such it seems to have less stock. Disappointed it didn't have a sausage sizzle operating on the weekend I was there.
Great service and a wide range of equipment and stock. Can always find what I'm looking for and if I can't staff are helpful in trying to source it for me.
A busy Bunnings in a busy little country town.
Full format store with most staff helpful and informed of stock in specific areas
Unlike other Buntings stores if a team member does not know they actually sought out staff that knew the products and could inform me.
Bunnings staff usually just brush you off and walk away and vanish or redirect one to and aisle far away without any relevance to the product you require.
So above average hardware store in Qld.
Doug sold wrong product to me. I had given him all the details of what i was after, even showed him the tin. Told me that my tin must have faded. Clearly not faded. Very clearly a different product. WON'T BE GOING BACK. I told him I lived 50 ks out of town. So 200 ks later, we had the correct product. VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS
A smaller store to serve the community of Dalby. Obviously does not have the huge range that a larger store would carry but that said it certainly has most things. Items can ordered if you want a specific product. Isle widths are a little narrower and you have to watch your public distancing. The staff were helpful and friendly and there's plenty of parking out front.
Brilliant customer service and great knowledge of plants by one of your staff members Bec in the Dalby store. I was very impressed by her customer service, very friendly and helpful. Her knowledge of the plants was very helpful and was givin in a way i could understand. Good on you Bunnings
Yes we've had our Bunnings "fix" have been travelling inland for 6 months so great to have the great selection across the board!
Big new store, great products for sale as usual but haven't met a friendly team member yet in my 4 visits over the past year. Maybe we're just asking the wrong question but they are always rushed or 'don't know'. Will still shop there but know what you want because a team member may not be able to help you. (our bad experience in tools, wood and paint shop).
The store is not as cramped up as some other Bunnings stores I have been to and the staff I dealt with were polite and efficient considering the temperatures have been high 30's. The fans circulating air in the store worked surprisingly well.
Paint t section is vary rarely manned and had to ask for help. Havi g said that the help was good but waiting for service is a pain.
Other then the air conditioning not working, the store is great. Good range, helpful staff and enough parking
Small for a bunnings, a lot of products that can be found in the online store aren’t in this particular store. Needs more staff and a bigger range.
