Bunnings Dalby

A little disappointed as they did not have what I was looking for I went to another bunnings store the service was good

Nicky in lifestyle was exceptionally helpful and provided great service. I was able to get what I needed in Dalby whereas the two Toowoomba stores weren’t able to provide.

Great garden section, just wish they have doors open from parking, only do certain days, pretty silly.

What a shame there is no cafe for families. What also is needed is a few more staff. I have been to many Bunnings. This is the first of not only no cafe but also no sausage sizzle. Come on get behind our charities.

Below average service, range and stocked items don't match what online suggests they have available. Bad experience here really which is a shame and surprising for any Bunnings.

Recently moved to Dalby and Bunnings is one of the first stores I visited. I must complement Bronwyn, she is excellent. She knows her store and the staff. Whilst the Dalby store isn’t huge they hold a reasonable amount of stock. Obviously not to the same level a super store can do, but hey, Dalby has ~15k people, unlike Toowoomba. I’m very happy with our local Bunnings.

Always verey good. But at times long waited at check out only one person behind the counter uthere staff standing around talking to one another happens a lot can be improved on to make it quicker then be verey good

Joy at the counter was very unhappy. On the verge of rude. I was taken back actually. Usually have a great time and have always received great service. Not great.

Great store and service, however I would like to strongly suggest that better lighting be erected in the parking lot. You are open until nine pm and there are very dark spots in the parking lots where it is very unsafe and hard to see goods in trolleys.

Good range of products helpful staff just did a online order they were quick on processing it and posting it same day and helpful when I rang up to ask how the process worked thanks much appreciated

I think they kept my docket after watching me load then have get it all back out an check, one piece of timber was cracked

Many items need special orders, but over time it will expand its range. The staff is generally nice and helpful.

Staff we have dealt wwith are helpful friendly & knowledgeable.
Not as big as some Bunnings Stores, however more than happy to order any item they don't have.
Most business are experiencing stock supply issues at this point in time.

Worst experience. No customer service, constantly asking if anyone can assist and kept getting sent back and forth. Very rude ladies. The information desk lady was very rude when I asked if I could get some assistance she didn't answer what I asked and told me to hurry because they shut in 45 mins.

Very disappointed that every time I want something it has to be ordered in, then still waiting 5 weeks later. Easier to go to Toowoomba!

Have most of what the Big Bunnings have. Getting served or assistance can be an issue at times. Staff are 50/50, some useful, some not

Debb was extremely helpful with everything we needed even suggested a couple of other things to come in handy while we travelled.

Need more staff to help people on the floor. I was looking for help with a item. Cider find staff. I just walk out.

No cafe to grab a coffee while shopping thou, and no shops around to grab one

Sue Ann and Bre (I think its Bre. The hearing impaired lady.not to be rude) are awesome. Very kind and helpful, even sent our girl home with a free leggo item because of a mix up by another staff member. They really value customers. Thank you so much.
