Bunnings Cannon Hill

Extremely unhelpful on arrival, as i asked for help to match a screw to a fitting. 15min later we found a willing staffmember who was more than helpful and even told us that we kan return the product if it isn't the right one.

FANTASTIC SERVICE by Corey today. I go here regularly (weekly), but today was EXCELLENT. Walked in started looking at Ryobi 36v whipper snippers and hedgers. Corey was there within 2 mins answered all questions with considerable knowledge and I paid with mobile EFTPOS right where we were standing. In and out in 10 mins. Invoice SMSd to me in 30 seconds. FANTASTIC SERVICE if there was 6 stars i would give it! You need to promote this guy.

It's a good Bunnings as far as Bunnings go. Lots of other great shops very close around which makes it convenient as well.

Easy access trade centre with it all in easy reach of your vehicle making it a quick stop between jobs

Not bad, but not as good as other big Bunnings stone Brisbane. Nice and helpful staff as usual.

It's a Bunnings like any other. Always manages to never have exactly what I am after or is out of stock.

Unfortunately it's my local. You wouldn't be able to get help if you caught on fire and were burning alive!

Love Bunnings at Cannon Hill. Staff are always friendly & very helpful. Great store layout with plenty of bargains especially on their clearance stand.

One of the bigger Bunnings but unfortunately seems to lack the service ethic of some of the smaller stores. I don't think it's the fault of the stuff you just can't find them. They simply aren't enough people

Good Bunnings for all of you D. I. Y needs. Staff always know where everything is so if you are lost just ask and they will help you out. Prices are always the cheapest around and happy to help out.

They seem to have everything, from screws to potting mix. They also have a large paint section with custom mixing in store. Everytime I have come here I have left with more than I planned to and I am very happy with that.

Amazing Bunnings Store! Always well stocked with everything I’m looking for. The gentleman that works in the garden department is incredible! I think his name was Chris. When I asked him about a particular tomato plant, he bent over backwards to help me. Such amazing customer service! Always leave Cannon Hill feeling impressed! Thank you!

Typical Bunnings. Zero service and the staff have limited knowledge. I shop here beacause of the huge range of product.

Went to buy solor garden lights which their website said they had in stock, could not find them on the shelf, asked an employee and they had no idea and weren't really helpful,

I just wanted to arrange a pickup order for an outdoor umbrella and a shower head. I was transferred three times and got no result.
Already tried to do it in store last week, no service there either. They don't want my money.

They have Bunnings related things, all of them, seriously this place is utterly huge and so far every staff member I've spoken to knows the exact location of absolutely anything that you ask for.
It's like an unspoken rule of Bunnings that the staff must be psychic, and I love it.

Came here first thing in the morning to do a return for a couple things I didn't use and it was quick, easy, no questions asked. Plus, they're open really, really early! The store also has great stock.

Charged me seven dollars for a jack Daniels and coke. Price ok but they gave me it in a small glass half full.at first I thought it was not much coke. After tasting the drink I realized they only gave me a quarter/half nip. Ridiculous price and watch when they tally your bill cos I was over charged. Food is tasty and well priced on menu. Didn't complain but will never return. Shame cos the food was really good.
