Bunnings Cannon Hill reviews
53 One Bunnings is like another Bunnings, all good places to go, but this one is bigger with more of everything.
Don't forget the sausage sizzle, it's uniquely part of Australian culture and a Bunnings institution. Best of all is that it keeps many charities afloat. Just have a snag.
Kevin has to be the most outstanding customer service extraordinaire I have ever met! Seriously, give this bloke a pay rise right now Bunnings - and another badge cos he deserves it!
Kevin served us today (Saturday 5th August) in the trade department. He could see that my children and I were struggling to find the ideal piece of wood we required for my daughter's science project. He was so friendly, personable and easy to talk to. He made me feel welcome in an area I have no knowledge in without judgement. He even made my children feel special by talking to them about what schools they go to and what they want to do for a job when they're older.
Kevin got a colleague to take over manning the gate and walked us around the store helping us nonstop. He searched out the back and found an ideal piece of wood for us. The cut shop was closed, and I told him I am hopeless with a saw, so he went above and beyond and cut it to the perfect size for us.
Kevin, we will be back to show you the photo of the solar system you helped create. Thanks for being so amazing!
Poorly managed store.
Trades parking always busy with stored goods on pallets and lost trolleys.
Similar products stored in opposit corners (like mdf sheets or cement sheets).
Mess on the floor.
Shocking service, limited choice of stock availability, staff always blame COVID, but don't assist to look at other stores near by
Very average customer service unfortunately asking for help can be a real chore for some workers there. Oh and stand right back 1.5 metres! Visited today won’t go back! I’ll stick to tingalpa more friendly and helpful
Wonderful BRETT needs a pay increase and was SO helpful (LAZY Scott you need a few lessons from this man in customer help!) Thank you Brett management should know you are worth your weight in gold!
You cant beat Bunnings to pick up everything you need for the job, (and all those things you didnt know you needed), at the best prices around.
This is a good one with an excellent garden and trade section and friendly helpful staff.
Loved it. Great bargains and friendly staff. It didn't seem to have the variety of the Capalaba store, but well worth a visit.
One of the better bunnings. It's a mega store so has more of what you need. Love the click and collect during covid times
Yeah, just spoke to some woman on the phone who was just down right rude. I didn't realise that it would be so difficult to get an answer for a question over the phone, heaven forbid you work in customer service.wait a minute.
With Covid lurking, I decided to stock up on gardening needs. Went to the store Friday afternoon, placed a delivery order for Tuesday morning. Received SMS messages received progress of order and one about 15 minutes before arrival. The delivery men were courteous and helpful, placing items in the most convenient place for me. Will happily place another delivery order with them again.
Couldn't find the product we wanted when the website indicated it was there. The nightfill man from the nursery area was super helpful.
Excellent customer service from Jim last week in the timber area of this particular Bunnings. He helped me devise a fit out for back of my 4WD so my injured rottie could get in and out easily.
Then he walked all the way over from his station at Bunnings to my car outside super cheap just to lift my dog into the car for me as I suffer from back pain. The whole time we interacted he was bright and cheerful and couldn’t of been any more kind or helpful.
Thank you Jim from the timber section of Bunnings on Wednesday 7th July 2021.
Went to grab something small.walked into the entrance and saw a worker who was in the middle of stuff however I needed directions to find what I needed. I apologised kindly interrupting and (Mon they call her) was so polite and friendly and really helpful. She even walked me down towards the spot. So off I went and got what I needed. Was heading back towards counter and Mon was in the area again and checked I had found what I needed. Amazing customer service. She helped me price and check out spotlight cams also.
Don't think I've ever left the store feeling valued as a customer. So Thankyou so much for your awesome service. Service that didn't make me feel like it's too hard.
No one was available to help in the electrical area and the desk was calling for someone after 10 min and walking around I left and went to Beacon lighting across the Carpark
Arrived there at 8: 15pm looking for an nut on my son's violin shoulder rest which he needs tomorrow at school. A young female staff (probably named Andrea) came to me once I was in store and gave me a hand to look for this tiny matching part, tried one and another and another.finally find something that works. Extreamely patient and nice there for 30 min to fix my problem.
The go to bunnings for anyone in East Brisbane. Staff are friendly and they have an awesome variety of stuff. Can get busy af on weekends though.
It's a Bunnings. Bigger than many so has more stocked items than some of the smaller/medium sized stores.
The timber/trade section is big and under cover to easy to drive in and load up.
I like long strolls down the aisles with my dog, you will usually find me at the tool shop buying something I don't need. I also enjoy wasting 20 minutes looking at plants I won't buy, then getting one without cuz its mandatory upon exit.
Large store with good parking. Close to major transport road. Typical Bunnings range. Staff assistance was excellent.
