Bunnings Bundamba

Staff are great and friendly, If you need anything for your house or project you are doing, this is the one place you can go to get everything you need.

Staff are friendly but they are often out of stock for many items and I normally have to go to West Ipswich for anything I need.

Super helpful staff that was happy to help me brainstorm different creative ideas and solutions and got me all the safety equipment id need. Im not a handyman and were able to explain things easilly. There were well trained staff in every department i went too. Super polite too.

A big thanks to the team in the Nursery, I put a special order in for some plants that are difficult to find and they came through with the goods.

We buy everything we need for our home and business here. And yes if you're single, probably not a bad place to find your future forever partner. Lol.

Quick and easy, just bought a garden hose and it was a simple shopping experience. Workers greeted me with a smile. Good place.

Plenty of undercover parking. Staff the friendliest and most helpful of all the Bunnings I've purchased from Sunny to Gold Coast! The only improvement I can see would be to introduce Afterpay, Humm and Zip.more of us average wage earners would be able to purchase the more expensive goods sooner instead of saving for weeks or even months.

Raining had to walk in rain dew to covid. Concrete very slippery. Elderly lady fell.
Why/ why must we have to walk in rain where r the non slip mats. Very slippery not only 4 elderly.

This is the most helpful Bunnings I have ever been to - staff across the board, including Lucas in management and Michelle in paint, have been mostly excellent.

I have always received excellent advice here too, unlike some other branches.

Recently bought a MIG welder for my son with MIG Wire. However, was sold the wrong wire. On return to store today and speaking with the Manager, he replaced the wire for the correct one (gasless) and discounted the difference in price. What a great service, especially around Christmas.time, this was sooo appreciated. He also gave my grandson a Bunnings Semi-trailer toy for helping his grandmother. ***** FIVE STARS

Polite helpful, tell them your project and they might just find you a miracle new product you never knew existed just like they did for me.

Just went to the Bundamba and was having a pretty ordinary morning. That was until Dom and Shane in tools helped me out hugely. Went above and beyond. Making calls and eventually selling me a great saw. Thanks boys. HNY Troy

It's Bunnings. You get what you get and you don't get upset. If you want good service at a good prices you go elsewhere. If you want to go to Bunnings you go to Bunnings

I often get lost there. I get reported missing. So they send in the SES. When they end up overdue, they send in the army to retrieve the SES and myself. Then when the army contact is lost, call the Thunderbirds!

Poor staffing.
I wanted to get some fly screen cut.
There was nobody around, so I went to the desk and asked for someone.
They called someone.
Nobody came.
I left.

Love the well labelled and stocked gardening section. Well done Bundamba team. I wish the rest of the Bunnings shops adopt this good work

Never enjoyed this particular bunnings. Today was icing on the cake. No service what so ever. In store for an hour and even after repeated tries to get help, got nothing. I love bunnings but bundamba is a giant fail from their entry to their uncaring staff. Never again.
