Shocking, Thursday arvo at 4.30, I need boards cut to complete shelves, note 2 2.4 1.2 partial boards, no can't do it come back tomorrow, tried speaking to Shop manager no can't because he is going home. Have spend thousands at this store sorry you suck taking my business elsewhere

Went there to find a item, asked the assistant for their help, they went away as they were not sure and never came back. I ended up finding what I needed myself after some time.

Trade entrance is very narrow and always some palettes in turning end at end of the bay. Be careful when turning, I damaged my front bar. No safety signs or bollards.

Ohh god! The temple of madness & frustration.
I could probably write a small book on the logistical nightmare that is Bunnings bundamba.
Firstly i feel anyone undertaken this adventure should be aware of the times bunnings is busy & safe for causal consumerism.
(Obviously beware the highly congested weekends)
Next apon arrival a map or diagram should be made available & a sensible shopping route planned & discussed encase of trampling, Stampede or Lost and Found situations.locate the service desk every time folks Goodluck!

Worst stocked Bunnings around, hate going here, they usually only have half or less of the stock I need, tradies stay clear you’ll only waste time here!

12.30pm Thursday. All SS Checkouts closed and only one operator on her checkout. Customers lined up annoyed at lack of customer service. Discussing service BUNNINGS.

I frequent Bunnings’ click and collect service for many items and I have never experienced such a disorganised operation as I did at Bundamba. I was sent from the service desk, to the trade desk, back to the service desk, and back to the trade desk again only for them to say they didn’t know where my items were - even though they had just called me to say they were ready to be picked up. I have to give 2 stars though because they were the only Bunnings nearby with the items I needed, in stock.

Bought a 240L wheelie bin 1 month ago, last bin day I go to collect my bin and the lid is gone with the rubbish. Cant be bothered to make a complaint to the council or bunning for a dodgy install of the bin lid, go to Bunnings to buy a replacement and pick up a lid off the shelf separate to the wheeie bins. Get told at the checkout I cant purchase it, its a special order even though I was there right now with a lid in my hands and noticed uneven numbers of bins and lids on the shelf. Where is the logic in this Bunnings, I was a customer who didn't complain about the bin lid missing just wanted a replacement but you would rather send me home empty handed unhappy than just selling me the lid and replace it in your own time.

Fast and reliable, when it came to service. Was served with a smile, which made shopping at bunnings great. Will and have recommend them to family and friends. Every time I've shopped here I have found what I was looking for.

Used to be excellent but newer stores opened and good staff went there
Staff that are left are unhelpful rude and bail you up at the door screaming or just flat out ignore you or ignorant not knowledgeable about what they should know most departments are skeleton staff and useless

Worst customer service I have experienced from any bunnings, I purchased a wood heater about 3 weeks ago, they just moved it out to the trade area, so I could pay for it, I expected a staff member to use a forklift to put it on my trailer, They were happy to watch me lift it on my own.

We needed a new doorbell and Bunnings was the easiest place to get one. We looked at what was on offer and decided on Arlec DC164 Slimline Design. Good price too and 8 chime tones to choose from.

We are in full lockdown and people still allowed in store to purchase whatever they want. Thought only click and collect at the most. Did not know that wood and plants essential item. Get your priorities right.

Very suprised today (after shopping at Bunnings in Plainland 1 hour prior to going here), that Bundamba had no covid check in, in place. Plainland had people at the door to make sure that you scanned the QR Code. The staff member on the door at Bundamba told me they didn't HAVE to do it until July 1st. Obviously, they couldn't care less who was walking through their doors on the afternoon, prior to lockdown at 6pm. Better safe than sorry maybe?

Same as every other Bunnings. Mostly full of Chinese junk but unfortunately we can't go anywhere else since they've forced all of the smaller hardware shops to close down.

Extremely poor service. Asked 5 different staff for assistance. None really intetested in helping and different answers from all. Too busy talking to each other to help.
