The best! Always helpful no matter who you speak to. I love Bunnings and so does my
Puppy Buttons loves the outing and the fuss.

Team were friendly and quick to offer assistance. Products were on shelf and clearly priced no gaps or empty spaces that I saw. Perhaps Bethania and Rocklea warehouses could learn something from Brendale about customer service and stocking shelves. As a trade and former Bunnings NZ expert, Bunnings Brendale is the best so far. Thank you Brendale Team.

Love shopping here most of the staff are very friendly and helpful but there is one old guy who works in tool shop and he lets the team down

Must say service at bunnings these days is a big problem and if u find someone to help you its too hard work for them to do their job. Comaan guys you want our money please give us friendly service.

Overall a good place, but they didn't want me to bring my dog in unless he was muzzled which I find to be kind of inconsistent with the other sites who sometimes allow him without a muzzle.

Really big site.heaps of parking out front.easy access off the main drag at lights.very clean, staff are great.product knowledge depends who you get.

It's a great Bunnings. The layout here is different to most Bunnings stores (in reverse). They seem to have a decent range here. I have found sometimes I need to go to Carseldine Bunnings to get something sometimes.

Friendly staff from walking into door and throughout the aisles. However it was disappointing that no registers were open aside from the service desk, so the poor staff member was handling key cutting, returns and a line of customers. This made our wait time very long.

Love Bunnings. The Brendale store is full of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Huge range, great prices.

Lovely staff helped out in garden shop during very heavy shower. Got what we needed. Plants looked great compared to those in Carseldine store.

I've mixed feelings about this store.l love the fact that there are a lot less people to deal with. However I almost never find what I want. The shelves are always unstocked on the weekends which is very frustrating. This is 9 am on a Saturday morning. What is that about and the coffee is a shocker.

Best Bunnings we've ever been to. And the customer service is second to none. Today alone we've been helped by Kirsty, Luke, Courtney, Caleb, and Matt. In the ten or so minutes we've been here. Exceptional. Thanks team Brendale!

Great variety, be prepared when you walk in that the layout is a mirror image of most Bunnings outlets.

This Bunnings is a cut above the rest. I have had two absolutely amazing experiences here - the customer service here is exceptional. Smiles from everyone as you walk in the door, assistance that comes to you (rather than trying to seek it out). When staff couldn't find an item at first, I was offered a complimentary beverage as they did the leg work. Clean facilities, a Cafe that makes drinks the perfect temperature. This is your go-to Bunnings.

Yes it may be 'Just another Bunnings', but that's exactly what you want. Great selection, well organised, friendly and helpful staff. Not to mention an invite to their end of year trade event. Free BBQ Brekky? ! No chance I'm giving this less than top marks. Spot on Bunnings, spot on.

I have found the quality if staff to be less of a help between this store and the carsildine store. Product range is still great
