Bunnings Brendale

Thanks to Stella I bought a new Swann 6 camera system today.
Stella, was no end of help, unlike some stores I have been to attempting to obtain information about what I am buying, Stella was a world of information and help.well done Stella and Bunnings Brendale

Best Bunnings I've been to. As a bonus it is insulated and air conditioned! Great for hot summer days in Brisbane. Plenty of parks. Reverse design to Carseldine yet that's not a problem as staff are super helpful. Staff went beyond expectation - one even stopped us as we had an item in our cart and she offered us a similar item on clearance she just happened tobe marking down. This is the best bunnings and can't be faulted.

Bunnings has a website that has more floors than a highrise building. It asks you for your opinion when it can't find something you want.but then won't let you type it in.

With 3 Bunnings to chose from in close proximity, the Brendale one is the best, usually more stock and easy to access.

I found it not that prominent or clear on how to get to the store. Probably just me. A slightly smaller store but the team members were great. Very friendly and helpful making sure you get exactly what you're looking for.

Visited at 7pm today. The street lights, were not on, nearly missed the turn off. The car park had very poor lighting and some aisles in the store were in darkness. We did find what we wanted however.

I’d like to give a quick thumbs up to Connor at Bunnings Brendale for all the help he kindly gave me on Sunday 27/6. I think I ran into him about 4 different times with 4 different questions about items and he patiently and politely helped me with each. Cut some wood for me too. He was friendly, professional and knew what he was talking about. Thanks Connor!

Standard Bunnings, standard helpful knowledgeable staff, went to this one because my local Bunnings is smaller with less range.

Ah yes Bunnings. Why shop at a small privately owned hardware store when you can go to Bunnings and get best prices and variety available.

I went into bunnings brendale today and needed some help with roofing sheets. The staff on the trade counter were very helpful. Paige in particular went out of her way above and beyond in customer service to answer my questions and make it as easy as possible to find what I was looking for. She even rang another store for me to make sure I could get what I was looking for. The men on that counter were also very friendly and made me and my daughter feel very welcome. They all did. Best customer service I have had at any bunnings by far. Nothing was to hard for them and they made the process quick and stress free. They all did a fantastic job and from someone in the trade industry background I was very impressed with all of there attitudes. Great work!

Impossible to find a member of staff, seems like the place is going downhill, not like the "bunnings" of the past, that's for sure!

Top notch store. Staff are engaging and helpful. They have what I want or order it in quickly. Everything I have expected is delivered by the store and staff.

Great products and great staff, I love going to bunnings not only to shop but to talk to all the dogs and their nice owners.

It’s Bunnings so. Actually something unusual happened. I was walking into the plumbing section and I was approached by Staff member who offered to help. He was knowledgeable and helped me save some money. My best Bunnings experience so far.

Had the things we needed. Helpful staff to guide us when we asked but walked around lost for a little while

My twin toddlers cried because all the little trolleys were gone on a busy, busy day. Staff came flying around the aisles with spare ones for them so we could enjoy a quiet and happy shopping experience. Thank you for making our day!

Terrible service this morning - must be a Monday thing.
Only one check out serving at garden centre area circa 9.45am with 4 people in the queue and no one at the other check out!: (
The cafeteria person was overwhelmed with serving heaps of customers and no assistance to help her out during peak times.: (

Staff have been helpful and friendly when I have needed assistance and the coffee I get from their tuckshop has been good so far.

So much awesome stuff to add to my garden everytime I go it just adds more and more ideas and products to perfect my garden
