Not as big as a normal Bunnings, missing some tools you would think to have, but friendly staff and good parking options.

Contradictory – I visited the store today looking for some lawn grub killer as I have signs of grub. I had checked on the internet and indications were that the store had plenty of stock.
When at the store, I had trouble finding what I was looking for and a kindly staff member assisted and found the item for me on the top shelf in the isle. There were a couple of cartons of the item I wished to purchase on the top shelf and neither the staff member, nor I, could reach the item. The woman assisting me sought assistance from a colleague who informed us both that as there was a stock take underway, the item I wanted would not be sale until Friday. Needless to say I was not sure what this meant as the item was within a few feet of me, Bunnings is in the business of selling, and at that time I was in the business of parting with my cash.
Unfortunately it was not to be, so I made my purchase elsewhere.
I generally get superb service at this store, which I’m sure will continue, however I was a little surprised at what was happening. Today another store received my hard earned cash.

Nobody knows anything about anything. Useless staff that couldn't be bothered helping. Women should not work in hardware full stop

I go shopping at Bunnings expecting to buy one item and walk out with a trolley full of items I didn't know I needed until I saw them on the shelves.

Always a great place to find all sorts of goodies at very good prices. Staff friendly and helpfull.

Friendly helpful staff, well priced, just keep in mind they close at 6 pm most days, and don't be afraid to ask questions, the staff will find you the answers

People allowed to bring dogs In is pretty discusting it's not a dog park, small Bunnings compared to the big ones that just makes it easier to find things in a way, clean but the staff all groaned and moaned when I asked for help.

The first Bunnings I've been too where the staff actually cared and knew their product. The ones here in Brisbane are the opposite.

I am changing my review of the cannonvale bunnings due to the fact that I have been on hold for 15 mins which is ridiculous.

A slight feeling of being cloister phobic, yet great friendly staff and excellent customer service

The staff were so helpful here. We did a click & collect & picked up our Mimosa Chairs when we got back to Perth. And because we were 1 of the 1st 10 customers we got a Bunnings Bag of useful gifts.

The Bunnings Team at Cannonvale are fantastic. Sue & Jenna have been amazing in the assistance whilst I've been renovating. When I've need help with heavy items Bunnings Team have been there to assist. Well done to you all

Supply is average, not what is on the catalogue and the staff are useless, more worried about where there going to get drunk than helping the customers, not even close to the marketing spiel of trade professionals, more like a place to work while waiting for a better job. But as far as Australian service standards they are just below average. The bar isn't that high up here in CQ. Where go to the local hardware next to vinnies

We LOVE our weekly Bunnings visits! Best part is we can bring our fury friend along with us because they are dog (on the lead) friendly.

Good service noting is to hard when you got enough staff please learn from them answer is not in cutting staff for short lived profit its a short cut to going broke can you see any self service check outs.just saying)

Smaller range than usual, often have to go to other hardware stores for basic pipe fittings. Not good in an area with a lot of rural farming properties.
