Scotty helped us out in the very last moment as I forgot to organise it all.not only that he was the first one to respond (4 out of 6 operators did not even bother responding) but also was very accommodating with my requests. On the day he turned up on time, delivered on his promises and actually went the extra mile by being very kind with me four kids when wraping up the castle and all. He is an exceptionally professional operator and will recommend him to all my mates, clients etc.he also got himself a life-long customer (me).

As always, Brisbane Castle Hire were quick, polite and efficient, despite late notice of our event. We hired a large castle for our Open Day, and it arrived on time and was ready to go well before we opened the gates. BCH had made the effort to provide us with a Firefighter themed castle, and this was much appreciated. Collection of the castle at the end of the event was also prompt.
