Scott was a lifesaver! Booked a jumping castle last minute & was awesome to deal with. Very patient & well organised. Jumping castle was clean & the kids loved it. Upon pick up they spray & clean inside the jumping castle. Will definitely book with him again.

Hired the dinosaur jumping castle for my twins 3rd birthday party - all the kids had a ball and the parents got to sit back and enjoy the party too! Service was great, good communication, setup and pack down on time, the guys advised us on the best placement to allow supervision and safety. Highly recommend!

Had these guys provide us with a jumping castle for my son's 4th birthday. Booking, service, payment and the quality of the product were all amazing. Had over 20 kids at the party and every single one of them loved it. Needless to say, all the parent and I will be calling them again should we need a jumping castle.

Made the party! We got the unicorn 4 in one combo and it had a super fast slide, jumping area and basketball hoop which the kids loved.
Scott was super early which worked out great so we didn't need to worry about children arriving before or during set up and were able to hide it from our birthday child's eyes until people started arriving. They vacuumed it out for us and it was ready to go. Pick up was scheduled 1.5hours after the party finished which was also appreciated and was spot on time planned. Very happy customers. A1 service and product. Thanks Scotty and team. Will spread the word.

5 stars for this company from me as well! Used them for the first time yesterday for a 5th birthday party. The kids loved having a jumping castle all to themselves for the whole day instead of having to pay $ 5 for 10 minutes and then being kicked off. Apart from that I completely agree with the other reviews, e.g. This one: "Amazing team. Delivery, Setup and Packup was seamlessly done by the company they even vacuumed the castle after setting it up and a proper covid19 clean again before packing it down. Very friendly and extremely well priced. The kids at my daughters birthday party all had a blast and it was worth every cent! Ill definitely be ordering more for future events! Thankyou! "

The jumping castle was worth every penny at our little boys birthday party! The kids absolutely loved it and the service from Brisbane Jumping Castles was so easy and efficient. We’d use their services again for sure!

Scott was great to deal with punctual with the delivery of the slushy machine fully explained the set up and ensured was working prior to departure and if any problems with machine use for us not to hesitate to call Would thoroughly recommend

Amazing customer service from Scotty and Steve. Hired the 4 in 1 sports combo and it’s was just amazing. Hours of fun with safety as didn’t have to worry about kids. No need to keep kids busy.
