BJJ has been transformative for my mental & physical health.

It’s a fantastic way to develop a life long skill and getting fit is a byproduct instead of “slugging” it out in the gym.

Justin’s training program that he has created at Behan is inclusive & understanding of everyone’s skill levels with the whole team striving to be the best that they can be and everyone’s committed to creating a welcoming and engaging gym.

The time table is stacked with times to suit everyone, with more to come I’m sure, can’t wait to see how the team & gym grows!

I’ve recently started BJJ and the warm and welcoming environment and culture at Behan is so wonderful. As a female, I’m loving learning Jui Jitsu for personal safety, and I’m finding out it’s so much fun too! Great way to strengthen, and so good for mind and body. Also really enjoying doing some Muay Thai with the Booma boys, it’s good to mix it up. I really love the culture of Behan Jui Jitsu, they have a rising tide lifts all ships approach, and I’ve had so much help and encouragement from everyone already. You feel good every single time you walk out that door, and I’m just so happy that a BJJ gym of such a passionate and professional standard exists in Toowoomba!

In town on holidays and dropped in for some no gi/wresting. Wicked vibe, inclusive crew and savages on the mats. Recommend to anyone

It's amazing having a coach that carers about every one regardless on skill level and the method of teaching is at a whole new level. The club is more then a team it's a growing family and welcomes any one who is a begginer or experienced.

A great place to learn Jiu Jitsu with a welcoming group of people and great teachers. There are no egos in this gym. Everyone just wants to learn and help each other grow. Strongly recommend trying the free first week!

Stopped in here while I was in town for work. Great bunch of guys and girls, large numbers, lots of skilled colour belts and over all very friendly and welcoming vibe. Will definitely stop back in here if I am in toowoomba again.
