Boys down there are amazing, Called for a battery was told it was in stock, Upon arrival they let me know they had made a mistake and tried to call me, instead of just letting me sit there and stew, the offered me a well priced alternative that was better then the original took a few dollars off for my trouble and I even scored a $25 Fuel card offer!
When it comes to customer service what more could you ask for? Battery was awesomely priced and they even fitted it for me.
I call that a win, thanks for the help boys, you'll be seeing me again!
Had a fantastic experience with these guys when I needed to replace the battery in my Pajero. Talked me through the options, gave me two recommendations that I understood - and then quickly replaced the battery on the spot.
Interestingly, I ended up with a better battery than was recommended by Zupps Mitsubishi AND at a lower cost.
