This place exudes so much positivity - Deb has a way of making you feel great about yourself even if you're not one of her students! All 3 of my kids attend Backstreet, and they love it. They are not competitive and they're not sporty types - they just love music and having fun with their friends. I recommend Backstreet to everyone I meet

Backstreet is my family! I quit dancing in high school but when i went to university i needed dance in my life again and that is when i discovered Backstreet Dance.
Never have i felt so welcomed and at home when walking into a dance studio. Deb and all the staff at Backstreet have shaped who I am as a person. Deb is not only a fantastic dance teacher but she teaches life lessons every class you walk in to! Never have i felt more at home in a dance studio. No matter your age, ability or lifestyle - Backstreet makes everyone welcome! 8 years later and it is still my happy place that i look forward to visiting every week!

My daughter has been dancing here for almost a year and we watched her grow. She started from a quiet girl to an expressive fire of energy. Through dancing, she gained more confidence because of the positive vibes and the wonderful teachers and staff of Backstreet. Furthermore, they have an amazing, encouraging, and fun filled environment. At Backstreet, we are one Family. Thank you so much Miss Deb, Miss Tamika and to all teachers and staff. As an adult student I find that the vibe within the studio is always happy and positive. You don't have to be perfect, just have fun with your dance. I do it for the fun and the exercise. I even laugh at myself a lot as well as laughing along with the others in the class. Deborah Storer the teacher makes the choreography seem easy, which it is. I would recommend Backstreet Dance Studio a place to go if you need to build some confidence, be happy and dance your heart out.

Backstreet Dance is such a fun, positive and wonderful dance studio! We stumbled across BSD performing at Stocklands & my daughter was hooked. My daughter adores Deb and all the wonderful teachers at BSD. The energy is contagious & brings so much joy to my daughters life! It is so wonderful to see BSD studio empowers so many young kids and helps builds their confidence & self-esteem. The end of term productions & discos are great fun too! Highly recommend.

This studio is the BEST studio i have ever been to.when you first come here they always greet you when you walk in. All of the teachers are full of energy and positivity. They always make classes so much fun. The other thing I love it that we get to show our personality while dancing.

My sons have been dancing with Backstreet for more than 6 years and love it. It's great for their confidence and to express themselves in a positive way.

My children have been students at Backstreet Dance Cairns for many years now and it is awesome to have watched them grow and thrive here. After researching into many dance schools in Cairns, we decided upon Backstreet due to their relaxed and exciting approach to dance. Our daughter had only just turned 3 and was able to do a trial class before confirming we would like to continue. The owner Miss Deb takes the 3 yos class, she is so upbeat, energetic and is a lovely positive influence for all the girls - as are all the dance teachers. You won't find a more welcoming dance school:)

My little girl (7) attended her first term and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We just watched her perform in the end of term concert and it was fantastic. What a positive experience for young people of all ages. I LOVE the positive life lessons that come with being a part of this dance team, and look forward to the next chapter. Backstreet is amazing. My daughter, Hayley has confidence issues and she has come out of her shell. The confidence and skills Backstreet give her has given her has been phenomenal.
