Anaconda Chermside

Me and my partner just finished shopping at your Chermside store and let me tell you it was one of the best experiences we have had at a retailer for a very long time. To explain a little me and my partner are newbies to the camping World and we have absolutely little to no knowledge of camping and what we needed to buy, and we were a little nervous and worried we would get taken for a ride with things we don't need. So the moment we walked in to the store a team member by the name of Oliver served us and he made us feel welcomed straight away and he immediately went on to start our camping education. He was fantastic! Extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He help us out with everything we needed and made us feel excited about our decision to start the journey of becoming camping pros, and If Oliver didn't know a question he called upon another team member by the name of Cam who was another breath of fresh air! He was also amazing to deal with, incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly! They made every 1 of the $1600 spent totally worth it. Amazing job Anaconda on your personal hiring of those 2 team members. They have made us a Anaconda Chermside customer for the foreseeable future. Well done!

Staff are great and have a good range. Only reason not 5 star is the range is smaller than other stores.

Great friendly staff. Cameron was a great help with my Garmin Rino service claim. All the other staff members I spoke to were great as well. Hope they're all not too badly affected by the current situation!

Ordered a click and collect. Said ready within 48 hours which was fine. Actually ready within 20 minutes which was awesome. When I rang, said it could be brought down to the loading bay if I preferred. Just genuinely helpful, friendly staff and no stuff ups. What more can you ask

Kelsey was extremely helpful. I would brought hiking boots but they didn't have my size in the brand I wanted.

The Manager of Chermside branch was amazing! She was so VERY helpful with advice on choosing jackets and what to look for, making suggestions and recommendations! Fantastic! It's sometimes hard to get good help but she was so very knowledgeable and spent so much time with us. Very grateful and I'll definitely be heading back should I have any further needs. A massive thank you!

Received a faulty item from Anaconda's online store, walked in to the Chermside store, they resolved the issue promptly, very happy. Highly recommended!

Excellent service need to change my tent because i took the wrong one no problem they change it straight away. Cameron one of the store person he was very nice and Loz the lady in the register. Thank you guys

Booker at the Fishing and Tackle section was fantastic. He knew his info on baitcasters and gave great suggestions. Will definitely be back to get his opinions on future purchases.

Good range of outdoor products. From the top brands to the more affordable brands. I can always find what I need at Anaconda. The new girl at the counter is extraordinary nice.

Sold us a broken tent that someone had used and returned. Very poor service trying to rectify this.

Very disappointed and disgusted with the level of service as your staffs does nt know about credit card details. As per the lady that's not a proof of purchase where it clearly shows on the return policy they do accept credit card detail.will never shop in any of their stores.will rather support other stores.

Visited the store today, the service i received throughout the time i spent in the store was amazing. All team members were more than happy to help with anything i needed and always went above and beyond to make sure i was happy.would be more than happy to recommend this store, as i will certainly be doing in future

Chermside store today - I can only assume it was the manager, didn't go out of his way to greet me upon entry. When I asked for something to help me with my purchase he grunted 'what for'. By the way, a young girl in a camping store probably needs some help. I didn't buy anything from this store on principal with how poor the service was.

I was extremely amazed by the most friendliest, helpful and pleasing personality and service provided by Olivia at the camping area on 22 December 2017. I wish there are more staff like her wherever I shop. Thank you Olivia.

Ok range of products but i just rang up to see if you sell 4/0 heavy duty owner trebles. Got past around 3 people waiting on hold each time for roughly a total of 10 minutes to gt told i don't understand what ylu are asking.
Need to hire some.fishos not 15yo girls who don't have a clue
