ALDI Sunnybank Hills reviews
57Good service. Extremely busy with long queues. Wish you would start an express lane here especially for customers with just a few items.
Good quality snacks & frozen food and fresh fruit & vegies. Always check in on special buys days.
Old store layout & a few shelves needed restocking, but otherwise a good shopping experience.
Your normal aldi store which makes it easy to locate everything you need. But more importantly all the exciting hardware lines that you probably dont need but love having them for that time when they will be very handy
It's Aldi, the German food chain with low prices. Range can be a little limited at times but the prices can't be beaten. Weekly specials cause a certain kind of mania in some shoppers but are often great value and good quality. Parking at Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town can be an adventure in its own right, lots of levels, lots of entrances and lots of bad parkers.
Absolutely looooove shopping here and my 2 fave employees are Martin and Karen because they are always so friendly and happy to chat making me feel warmly welcomed and a part of the family.
Adverage service here. Seems to lack the Aldi vibe. Sells out of items fast inc food an not catered for this. Prefer other Aldis.
Standard fare Aldi store. You gotta be early for their more popular specials. Good self service store.
I have always been impressed with an assistant called Jackie. Always helpful and polite. However, I get the impression that the store is understaffed and in winter, very cold.
Good time to shop as few customers there mid afternoon. Easy to get around n quick service at check out.
Medium size Aldi store inside Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre. Range of products sometimes limited and - unless you are a regular customer - often hard to locate an item, and to catch a staff member on the floor may be a challenge. All offset by the benefit of competetive prices and continental products one cannot find in other supermarkets. My biggest issue with Aldi - frequently a great item is available for few days only and it may (or may not) get back on the shelves again.
Eventhough the range of products is limited compare to the other big supermarkets, they make up by stocking popular products for household needs. They stock a lot of stuff that has European flavour and brand products. Something different in store all the time. Value for money.
Bought these ice creams what to expect from Aldi disgraceful and revolting opened to find the ice cream with a bite already taken out of it.
ALWAYS EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE.
Special mention to Martin. Was served by him today. What a nice guy. Even though i was on my phone pretty much being rude, he was super friendly. Highly commend
Such a bad customer service. I with my partner went there this sunday around 5: 15 we were there and we bought two packets of spinach and were about to pay there but a man with long hairs was serving on counter 4 was too rude when show us the way to counter 5 because we were confused. We left the spinach over there and not expecting to go bach there anymore.
Bought lasagne from Aldi and it appeared as if it was defrosted then put back in the freezer. I heated as usual to find that there is water like sloppy meat juice at the bottom of the lasagne (cuisine beef lasagne). Very unimpressed, wasted money on something that the family didn't eat. Sorry Aldi, but I just wanted some good lasagne. Don't get me wrong though I have bought this product before although it wasn't as disgusting as this one was. Just don't put defrosted lasagne back in the freezer and sell it to costumers.
