Bones in a steak sandwich. Amends made with a free dessert, which was appreciated but unsure what steak is used in their steak sandwiches in the first instance. My old teeth don't need any excuse to break unnecessarily. ;)

The Albany creek tavern, to me would have to be my favourite place to have dinner as a family. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming but every time we have been here for a meal, everything has been absolutely amazing and so very delicious. Kid friendly with a play area that also has a Camera so parents can see their children playing.

Always an enjoyable experience when we visit the ACT. All staff are very welcoming and it is child friendly. Highly recommend.

The gaming room attendant needs to make sure he takes complaints seriously. I complained that a guy was playing two machines at once! One having the major at $1300. When he walked away he put up the reserve sign! Off to the Eaton’s Hill pub.

Steak looked poor but was tasty, roast was terrible, roast vegetables were pathetic only got peas, no crackle with the pork, very average

I love this place, watching all the little kids fall over in the playground made me giggle, it was priceless.

Poor quality products. Microwave vegetables that were still cold, fairly miserable service. It is definitely not a good pub meal choice.

Was Monday night so just a tad quiet. After mains we all simply left without a desert that wad ordered and paid for.

Max was so amazing tonight! Great service, excellent conversation. Keeping tables clear so the bar looks, so inviting. Drinks on point and very well kept.

The Albany Creek Tavern's very own Grazier's Steakhouse, right next to Dan Murphy's liquor barn, is a hidden vault of deliciously delectable, down right drool invoking, devilishly tender steaks and the world's most tender pork ribs. (According to me!)

There's other meal choices too, but their steaks are genuinely good. Be seated, make your selection from the extensive menu, order and pay right from your table, or at the register, then sit back with a cool beverage from the fully licensed bar while you wait for the awesomeness to be delivered. Easy. Enjoy.

Try it, you won't be disappointed.

The staff are lovely and it makes you want to go back, also the food is great and easy parking

Food was delicious well priced and quick to the table.
That being said asked to give a tip when ordering electronic, what is it you want a tip for.
Also we were looking for our parties table, when approached by a staff member we thought they were going to help us, but instead demanded to see our proof of vaccination then walked off and we had to continue wandering to find our table

My partner and I tried to get a drink and some dinner after working in the sun all day painting.

We both had the offical vaccine passports on our phones but we can’t get the check in app the sync with a green tick.

The old lady on the door demanded to see both our IDs when we are clearly both over 21.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had being asked for proof of vaccine and treated basically like a criminal when trying to get some dinner.

We did not dine here purely based on the behaviour of the woman on the door, she even refused for me to use the bathroom.

Truly poor form by security and management.

We had a wonderful night here tonight for our anniversary. The food was amazing - the steaks were cooked perfectly with so much flavour. We were attended to by Lisa who is a huge asset to the tavern - she is so nice and hospitable. We will definitely be back.

I do love the food, last order was severely over dressed salad but again it's luck of the draw when somone is dressing your salad. Chicken was cooked perfectly, they do great drink specials too

Whish I'd discovered this place earlier. But still glad we went here for dinner, staff are very nice and friendly. Great range of food and drinks, also cool if one has any allergies. Thank you

Our group of six had our Christmas Day lunch at the Tavern
for the second year in a row
As usual the food and atmosphere was excellent
We will be back again next Christmas
One suggestion
On of our party requires gluten free and is highly intolerant of contamination
Would it be possible to set up a seperate buffet station for gluten free foods as the set up currently is to put signs on the buffet line indicating gluten free dishes
These foods are susucptable to cross contamination from tongs etc
Once again a great place for Christmas Lunch
