Family owned business with owners who really care & are constantly trying to improve the gym! Staff are friendly & gym has a great vibe.

Great gym with plenty of options for everyone. It has a sauna, pool and cardio room. Changing rooms are well maintained and the gym is modern and well preserved.

You can buy casual passes or pay for memberships. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The car park is somewhat small for the amount of people that may go to this gym.

I’ve been going to this Gym for 3 years and comparing to many other gyms I used to go, found it reasonable in fees and good in customer service.

Great gym, never felt uncomfortable going there as a woman, good array of classes with great instructors, convenient creche hours. Family business with heart.

Great, lovely staff. Fantastic facilities. Parking can be problematic at peak times but otherwise the best gym I've ever been a member at. Would highly recommend for beginners or advanced fitness gurus. Also a great selection of classes and a beauty salon and physiotherapist/remedial massage business on site

Fantastic gym with excellent facilities. Everything you could want under the one roof: pool, weights room, cardio room, spin room, aerobics, yoga, pilates and child care.

Great atmosphere - quiet, professional, relaxed, competent: with great equipment and layout, as well as pool squash and aerobics classes - a pleasure to belong, and terrific VFM.
