27 I was at a 12rnd fitness (they’re all the same concept and program - it’s the trainers in them that matter) for about 2 years where Rod became a trainer well after I joined and he is by far the worst and most damaging personal trainer I’ve ever come across. No member, who is trying to keep up their general fitness and learn new skills, should ever be taken outside and be told a list of reasons why their ‘professional’ trainer doesn’t like you which is what Rod did. In his eyes he detested that I only ever went 80% (pic proves otherwise plus I turned up every day and did my best), changed some of the exercises (sometimes my knee became aggravated and I had to adjust) and he demanded to know why he should give 100% to me before he walked off without caring to understand why in front of other staff and members. I quit immediately after due to his appalling professionalism.

Best gym I have ever been apart of. I’ve been training a little over three years now and I’ve been to a number of different gyms, both with classes and no classes. The worst thing I found with regular gym is I had to motivate myself to get to the gym, figure out what muscle group I was training, and keep myself motivated to complete the entire workout.
With 12rnd everything is done for me, all I need to do is turn up to a session, the friendly staff welcome you every single time, and they have the workout planned (which changes every day). They motivate you when they can see your lacking and they push you to your full potential.

If you want a fast, fun workout, this is where you’ll get it! Rod & Scott are enthusiastic and back their business, completing the workouts themselves after closing time. Also, a membership is about half the price of similar gyms! All in all, highly recommend.
Great gym! Love that I can rock up whenever suits me and stay for as many rounds as I want. Coaches are super nice and are always on hand to modify exercises if needed:)
Best place to train! If you want to push your limits and get results this is the place, a unique thing is that you can start and stop the workout whenever you want, so if you are struggling with fitness or need to leave for work it is really ideal. I have found the trainers are also very understanding and encouraging which really helps motivate me to train.

Fabulous staff, no set class time so no excuses not to go, and a great mix of cardio and strength training. Have never enjoyed going to training so much!
I really rate 12RND fitness Oxley for a full body workout it’s high intensity with strength and cardio all in one session and the boxing aspect of the workout really changes things up. And you have inspirational trainers to guide you and to push you to your next level of fitness and you can monitor your progress through the session with the MYZONE heart rate monitor keep up the good work 12RND Oxley.
