27Wasn’t sure what to expect walking in for the first time but brad was so welcoming and there’s all different ages and fitness levels it’s a really supportive and encouraging place to train. If you’re thinking about starting 12rnd just do it, you won’t regret it. Learning some boxing combinations with brad is a lot of fun!
I love the flexibility of no start times, the team are supportive and helpful. Member since 2018.
I joined Oxley 12RND in February 2021 after a 3 year hiatus from gym training and love it. I have never been someone who has enjoyed working out and have always struggled with repetitive circuit training. For me, the most appealing aspect of 12RNDis each round is different. Once you do it, you can just move onto the next round knowing you don’t have to go back to the same exercise (Yey! No repetitive burpees!). I actually enjoy training now! The flexibility of no set times also makes training easier to fit into my schedule. The exercises are challenging and energetic, and the pad work is fun. The trainers’ feedback back on my technique has really helped me improve my punches, and they provide great guidance to modify exercises considering your physical capabilities or injuries.
The Oxley 12RND team have created such a great community culture that is a pleasure to walk into every work out. Everyone is so friendly, and the trainers are really invested in making sure you reach your fitness goals. With their support I have lost 10.5kg to date and smashed my fitness bench marks from when I first started. Going through the 6 Week Challenge program (runs regularly through the year) really helped me set up healthier eating habits and a more consistent training routine.
I would highly recommend Oxley 12rnd if you want a to experience a positive fitness program and establish so long lasting healthy lifestyle habits.
It's fun and welcoming. You don't need to know how to box, like everything you can learn at your own pace. Everyone knows your name. The trainers know you and your strengths and weaknesses and treat all the members as individuals. I moved 15km away 18 months ago but still travel there because I love it. The trainers are passionate and educated and always available for pointers and a laugh.
The gym also puts on additional workshops related to health at no cost.
If you want to exercise but are not motivated enough like me to plan your workout this is for you. I love waking in not knowing what's set up and not having to think about the exercises.
Love this place. Love the team. Lost lots of weight and gained lots of confidence.

Worth every dollar and more at 12RND Oxley. Different, fun workouts every day, easy to come and train whenever with no set times, high quality equipment and training provided. Plus James, Rach, Trav, & Resa make every session amazing Couldn’t ask for a more encouraging, caring, empowering, energetic, kind, skilled group of trainers who are always bringing their best to help us have a good session.
Not your normal gym-better! At 45 I thought this high intensity workout may have been beyond me. But the way each station is set up you can go as hard as you want and adjust to your abilities.
Scott, Rod and all the trainers are great. It’s a very ‘down to earth’ gym. Never a dull moment, every day is different, which keeps you motivated. And you can get a full 12 round workout smashed out under 45mins.
Wow I cannot rate 12rd fitness Oxley highly enough. I’ve only been a member for 2 weeks and already feel a part of the family. Such a positive and friendly environment to train in, I’ve found my new home. I love the variety and as someone who hasn’t stepped foot in a gym for years, am enjoying the different routines every session. The trainers are super motivating and friendly. I’ve really appreciated all the tips and encouragement from Chloe especially, who is amazing. Thanks guys for making me feel so welcome, look forward to seeing you all again soon.
I personally sought out a 12Round branch after moving into area because I’ve always had great experiences with their club style and trainers, and I was so glad I did! Chloe is probably one of the best trainers I’ve encountered as she’s welcoming, positive and affirming.
There is an obvious community atmosphere at Oxley that isn’t a given at all clubs and the new owners have made several improvements over the last two months to the facilities with the addition of COVID safe sanitising between rounds, video demonstrations, new branding and community/goal boards.
As for the format itself, nothing has worked better for me than to be able to punch/sweat it out without class times and be gone within an hour, commute included.

The vibes at 12 round Oxley are amazing! All the staff are welcoming and can guide you to get the most out of your workout. I have tried many other gyms and forms of exercise but 12round has been the best by far. Workouts change daily and the trainers are great at monitoring individual progress to ensure you only get fitter and stronger (even after being a member for years and years!).
12RND Oxley is a great place to train. The head trainer Chloe always helps you stay motivated and pushes you to get the most out of the workout.

I've been a member since 12rnd open in Oxley. I love that I can come in to the club and start my work out at any time. There is always a killer workout, that is different everyday. Plus, amazing staff to keep you motivated and ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.

I love this club! I have tried every kind of fitness facility and this is BY FAR the best. The high intensity training is great but the value of the place for me is the trainers. Led by Rod and Jess, they provide the perfect mix of support and guidance all while pushing you to your limits. It doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey (I trained pre-, during, and post-pregnancy) they are always so welcoming and willing to help you be your best. Plus workouts are done in 45 minutes!
I joined when the club opened and it has honestly changed my life. The trainers are very welcoming, everyday is always different, I am never left in the dark as the trainers are always there to guide me and anyone that is there training. Best place to train in Brisbane! So challenging and the workout changes everyday. The staff are so motivating and no set start times so I can still make it if there is traffic
