12RND Clayfield is truly an awesome place to train. The exercises are well varied between strength & cardio and suitable to all levels of fitness. The trainers PJ and Dev are very friendly and always motivate you to do your best, while helping you improve your technique. All in all it's a fantastic place with a great community and highly recommended!

I joined 12rnd Clayfield while my gym was still in lockdown. That was 3mths ago, I have quit my other gym and now a massive fan of 12rnd. I love not being restricted by class times, this has been a game changer and I know I will get a great workout everytime! PJ is very encouraging and patient at breaking down all the exercises and boxing technique. His ever so friendly and supportive demeanour makes you want to try your best! Give it a go, I highly recommend!

JT and I have really enjoyed our training here. The flexibility of being able to start a session on arriving rather than trying to make a set class time has made attendance much easier than a normal gym. The team create a great atmosphere.

12RND is great gym to get in a solid session that doesn't take up a lot of time in the day. Everything is organised for you when you arrive. Different workouts everyday and the ability to jump in and out of the sessions at any time is really handy.

The owners of 12RND Clayfield are amazing and always there after each round to help train and guide you through the workouts! I’ve been to a similar boxing concept before that had less hands on trainers and felt unmotivated by the lack of help - at 12RND Clayfield you will always feel supported and motivated to keep going! Thanks PJ and Devin for being absolute legends:)

If you want a gym that has great trainers, a fun atmosphere, and where you work hard then this is the place for you. You are supported with motivation to push yourself every time you come through the doors with technique and safe practices being the highest priority. I haven’t worked harder than when I’m at this gym and it’s a direct result of both PJ and Devin. Would recommend this gym to anyone who wants a great HIIT environment.

Joined with the 28 day deal to get me started on a fitness journey after a long time of inactivity and the guys at 12RND Clayfield have been fantastic with their support and guidance. While the body is still coming to terms with the workouts, I am a definite long term member now thanks to the motivation, support and inclusiveness that PJ and Dev have shown and created. Looking forward to some results now in this old body.already feel better and fitter after only a handful of sessions.

Loved training at 12RND Clayfield since I started last year. Great trainers in PJ and Dev who are a good laugh but at the same time always motivating. There is a good culture in the club inspired by the boys and the workouts really do tend to all fitness levels and experience (whilst still being very challenging). Having no real experience in gyms in the past, 12RND suits me as everyday there are new exercises so you are never getting bored and at the same time the guys help out a lot to ensure good technique where necessary. Flexible class times suit me as I can always work a session into my day despite what other things come up / making last minute decisions. Overall great experience.

Love training here! Led by a professional, friendly and motivating team which keep you engaged by having a different workout every time. Whatever your fitness level you will enjoy this place while seeing results! Can’t recommend highly enough!

They say a gym is made by the people running it, so this makes this gym experience so good, the guys are very motivational and technically skilled. Good buzz with everyone working hard. The routine is ever changing to keep it interesting.

Highly recommend! Classes are motivating, uplifting and perfect for ALL fitness levels! What i love most is i am pushed and motivated to come back better and stronger. Trainers are incredible!

I’ve been to 4 different gyms in the past 5 years, including Studio Pilates, F45 and a purely boxing focused gym. As an avid attendee (I try to go 5 times a week), I couldn’t find a gym that allowed me to get my stress out on a punching bag but to also stay fit and in shape. My cousin recommended I try 12RND as he had been a member for a few months and loved it. I began a 4 week trial which is perfect for anyone wanting to give it a go without locking in to a contract, but also gives you enough time to see and feel the effect of the sessions. I love that you can jump into a round whenever you like, there is no class times which means I can run on my own schedule rather than making accommodations. Most gyms only offer around 2 classes on a Saturday but at 12RND you can have your sleep in and workout too. This also means that the gym is never over crowded. The trainers are wonderful and really know their stuff! Great guys to have a chat and a laugh but also make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts. As far as results go, I am down two clothing sizes and have lost body fat too. I feel less bloated and have fitted into clothes that I hadn’t been able to for 2 years. Couldn’t recommend 12RND Clayfield enough!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. In just 40 minutes we are challenged every day with strength, endurance and aerobic exercises. I just love it! I would like to have a gym like this in my country.

Great environment and community of people. I personally Love that there are no scheduled class times and you can just turn up between the trading hours and start the round right away, which is perfect for me. The team are encouraging and supportive.

Love training at here! The guys are so encouraging and helpful. I especially enjoy that there is no set start times and can jump in on any 3 minutes interval

I've recently started and I am really impressed with the friendly staff and their ability to allow me to work at my own pace but also encourage me to push through walls. From day 1 I have felt welcome and instructed on the excersizes with encouragement along the way.

I recommend anyone on the fence to check it out and at least give it a trial, you'll be surprised how rewarding it is. There is also no pressure to do the full 12 rounds, if you can't, and you can start when you want to - there are no set start times.
