I’ve been a member of UBX Clayfield for a while now and I have to say that it has been my favourite gym I have been a member of by far! The team is so friendly and motivating and the workouts are always changing and never boring. Plus learning a new skill like boxing has been so fun. Highly recommend!

Joining UBX was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Pj and his team do a great job of keeping everyone motivated and all the others members are super friendly! I highly recommend joining if you want to see results and have fun at the same time.

Best gym I’ve ever been to! The style of workout is awesome - boxing, weights, cardio, HIIT training! No timetables, a new round starts every 3min you just jump in, so good! Pete and the team at UBX Clayfield are the best too, they create a fun and supportive community, as well as great technical fitness coaching. Plus the apps with all of the additional nutritional support and 6 week challenges throughout the year keep me motivated and seeing great results. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

By far one of the best decisions I made in 2022. I struggled committing to the gym because I had terrible form, had no idea what I was doing and never found time with my already hectic schedule. At UBX I got friendly, fun and experienced trainers that give me 1 on 1 support and within the first few weeks of me going here I was already feeling stronger, healthier and confident with visible results. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Have never had any sort of boxing training before, so I was a bit skeptical about what was in store for me. The first couple of days I was a bit awkward in my movements and training. But due to the experience, professionalism and support of PJ and the team, I was able to quickly grasp everything. Even though I haven’t even reached my peak yet, my movements, stamina, cardio, strength, punch, and defence have seen far greater improvement than barely a week ago. Now I can confidently walk into the gym knowing that the team are there to help me become a better physical version of myself. Thumbs up to UBX!

Great place to train, experienced and knowledgeable trainers look will guide you through. You dont need experience in boxing, has something for everyone and a good bunch of people. Highly recommend checking it out

I’ve been to many HIIT-focused gyms and none compare to the workout, variety and flexibility UBX Clayfield offers. Not having a fixed class time has helped ensure I can attend more regularly. I love the energy PJ and the other trainers give and the variety of cardio, boxing and weights offered each day.

I cannot speak highly enough of UBX Clayfield! PJ and the team have created a wonderful, welcoming environment and it’s the type of gym where everyone feels comfortable. The flexible timing is a game changer and the workouts are always different and challenging. Highly recommend!

I have now been training at UBX for over a year after being invited along by some friends who were both happy members. I thought I would give it a try since it was free to try but never intended on signing up as a member. I went from being able to complete 1-2 sessions a week to being able to make it part of my routine day. PJ, Miles and Dave are awesome and always keep you guessing by mixing it up. The community they have built is awesome (I’m talking about the morning crew) as it is also family oriented and dog friendly. I enjoy sitting down for a breather and having a chat with the crew before heading off. I cannot see myself training anywhere else and would highly recommend giving it a crack.

I recently joined UBX Clayfield wanting to change up my training/gain back some motivation, the transition so far has been great. The boxing/circuit style training has heaps of variation and I enjoy the programmed shorter-style rounds to help with motivation through the workouts, particularly enjoying the boxing elements. PJ and the team have great energy, are all skilled pad holders and help to improve your technique/combos as you progress no matter what level you’re at. Its a welcoming gym since joining on my own, and I always leave feeling like I’ve had a solid workout!

PJ and his friendly crew of expert trainers are absolutely the best. A session at Clayfield UBX is a serious 45 minute workout but with all support and encouragement I need to keep coming back. Absolutely recommend!

I joined 12RNDS Clayfield late 2020 - i had become complacent, unmotivated and bored by the thought of exercise. But 2021 was a big social year and i wanted to get into physical shape to enjoy all that 2021 had in store for me. 12RNDS was local, it was something different, i was keen to start this new chapter, and it's been nothing short of life changing for me.

What i realised within the first few months was that my physical fitness goal was all but forgotten. I became driven by the power, strength and endurance i was proving to myself - i showed up everyday, Monday to Thursday. Steady as i went, the physical benefits of my effort proved to be a bonus.

It is a testament to the energy and environment that PJ and the team at Clayfield have created - they provide an incredible platform for you to push your limits, in a controlled, professional work out environment. Beyond this, the support they express with each of their members to achieve their goals, and better yet, break through the limits we've set is what makes this gym different.

I couldn't recommend 12RNDS Clayfield enough!

With no scheduled class times it cuts down on the excuses – just turn up and jump straight in the minute you walk through the doors. The workouts change daily so you never know what you’re in for.
Trainers PJ & Dev are constantly improving technique, challenging and motivating you to make sure you get the best out of your workout. A really welcoming environment and perfect for all fitness levels.

12 Rounds Clayfield is a fantastic place to train. I love the flexibility of training times and no lock in classes or cancellation fees! Everyone is super friendly, the work outs are always different and I have noticed results and improvements in my strength and fitness. Led by two of the best PJ & Dev! The boys are excellent and always help to push and motivate you while at the same time no compromise on attention to detail and perfecting your technique.

Definitely highly recommend!
