Ramada Suites Zen Quarter Darwin

Overall a lovely stay, staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble
We had a deluxe junior suite and overall size adequate though I felt the bedroom a little small. I thought the furniture was dated and for me would have liked more than a two seater lounge to sit on. There was plenty of room to add a couple of comfortable chairs, the dining chairs were dusty and a little dirty
Service for towels etc very good
Pool was great but felt the paving around the pool and chairs could have been cleaner, only cleaned on a Monday (so I believe)
Breakfast service good and the food ok

I have stayed on at the property on several occasions. Our last stay was for over two weeks and the staff in the restaurant were excellent. Lily is a great asset to the business as she always went above and beyond during breakfast service.
The reception team also provided great service and attention to detail.

Place is clean, well maintained. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is hit and miss affair. We have had two good hot ones out of five. Today's Eggs bene was congealed and cold, totally inedible, and after returning two other cold meals didn't bother this time. The water in the urn isn't hot enough to make a good cuppa. Rooms great, don't bother with the breakfast. Drinks on the roof are very relaxing, with great views.

This place is a rip off! Totally greedy and taking advantage of Australians! Cancelled a booking by mistake contacted then within 5 mins they put the price up for the same room by 50 %! Do not support this place!

Very nice pool and gym area, roof top bar is fantastic and the staff were amazing. Location is easy, ubers were cheap and very quick.

Good accomodation in a great location. The pool is fantastic although it could do with some umbrellas or similar for shade given the heat. Lovely breakfast each morning.

Staying in this hotel was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked into reception, the staff were very welcoming. We were offered a complimentary drink or snack which was really appreciated after a big day. Our room was large, stylish and spotless. Complimentary nibbles and sausage sizzle on the top floor to watch the gloriousl sunset was a treat. I would recommend this hotel 100%. Thanks to all the staff who help make our stay so enjoyable.

Everything was fine as advertised except the star ranking seems overrated. The rooms are cheaply finished and breakfast room more like a cafeteria than a restaurant

Could not fault this wonderful place, great amenities with in and out of the room, the staff smile better then a Colgate add, the equality and respect they show everyone is so far beyond the pay rates of the hospitality industry. You will not be displeased while staying here, it's a very well maintained and lovely place, but with a quite and laid back atmosphere! Great for everyone, if your on business, or even with your love one, friends and family.

You have a Sunrise for breakfast and sun set with quiet drinks and food on the rooftop. You can see the whole city, with out the crazy darwin social side to close, but definitely not to far as its all with in a lovely 10 minute walk to everything in the city and harbour. Largest pool for any accommodation with in Darwin, it also has a lovely playground for your kids but in a great location as well. My towels and bed was freshend while staying and complementary drink on arrival and breakfast in the morning. They also helped with all inquiries and extras that they did not have to go out of there way and do at all, As i said previously before, I could not fault this place.

The room is beautiful and spacious. There are great views of the ocean from the balcony and windows. There is a full fridge and washer/dryer in the room.

Covenient location (just 5 min walking from the CBD) and adequate price. The room is big and spacious, hoever the bedroom is quite small (bed is very comfortable). Good breakfast in the morning and a beautiful view from the cafe. The swimming pool is very nice too!

Fantastic amenities, buffet breaky, friendly and excellent, helpful staff. Penthouse restaurant poor quality, do not bother.

We stayed for four nights in a two bedroom apartment with another couple, the service we received from the time we stepped in the front door was excellent.
The owners Micheal and Loretta are wonderful people and took care of us. We have not had this service in any other motel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast included in the room rate was great, friendly staff and excellent variety. We would recommend the Ramada Zen Darwin to everybody.

Wouldn’t stay again. Tiny room in “deluxe” apartment. Bathroom stank like sewerage. Food average and not a great location

They just got everything wrong! I could go on and on but we may have just been unlucky. What a disappointment and thank goodness we only stayed a short while.

Came and stayed here for me grandsons 21first birfday didn't have to pay cause me son did had me bacon and eggs on crumpet everyday and a big night on the goon for his birfday looked out over the mudflats and boats you little ripper then back to me unit at moil for arrest
