Ramada Suites Zen Quarter Darwin

What a great place to stay, our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Horizon Cafe was freshly cooked and delicious and a great to start the day. Going to the roof top bar in the afternoon to watch Darwin's sunsets are a must and a fantastic way to end a day in Darwin,

Great location, pretty nice rooms, serviced apartments, no dryer only washer, no room service, good parking, great views and chill rooftop area, breakfast is. Ok. But the slowest elevators ice used, sometimes not even letting me to my level.

Stayed for work, might be worth staying personally.

A little out of the centre of town so uncomfortable to walk when it is a bit warm and humid. Scooters not as cheap as they appear but fun for a couple of trips.
Rooftop bar has a great vibe and the complimentary nibbles are a bonus.
Pool looks nice but I was unable to use it this trip - maybe next time.
Lifts are atrociously slow.
Cafe food is nice, staff are very friendly but if you don't like the white of your poached eggs to be runny, make sure you tell them how you like it when ordering. Apparently the boss believes that's how they should be made and needs hundreds of complaints to make him/her change their mind!
I'd stay again because of my timeshare link to Wyndham but it wouldn't be my first choice.

We have just spent 7 days at the Ramada Zen and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Good service from the front desk, restaurant and rooftop bar, all staff were always friendly & helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, with a great view of the pool and wharf area. A special thanks to Michael who made us feel at home the minute we checked in until the day we left. Also Lily at breakfast with a big smile and very clear voice. A special thanks to Natasha, Eiryne and Yabin at the rooftop bar, with always great service and big smiles.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

Awesome pool, the roof top bar has the most amazing views, nice tidy unit with everything you need, a welcome drink with check in and breakfast included in the room rate, I've paid a lot more for a lot less in the past, this place is definitely the best value for money in Darwin

The staff are super friendly and helpful, offered a free drink on arrival, free car park, very easy staff to deal with, the office manager peers thru her office to make sure upon check in was taken care of, you can tell they treat everyone with care, regardless

Rooms are amazingly clean and tidy, spacious and homely

Aircon rooms, added ceiling fans, stocked milk for coffee, stocked laundry powder for your washing machine, interesting that they also ensure stocked toilet paper in your room. Comfortable lounges

But most of all the team always smile and treat everyone the same.

Loved our time here. Staff very friendly and very helpful. It was a great stay. Free bus was operating to take us to the Waterfront precinct where there was a public swimming area with some good shopping with plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel rooms were suites with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and lovely large balcony. Good sized pool on the 3rd floor along with the breakfast room. Breakfast (included) was terrific with choices of hot food including eggs Benny, big brekky as well as vegetarian and cold options. One of the best bits was the rooftop bar with amazing views and a great place to enjoy a drink with free snacks and watch Darwin’s great sunsets. We’ll definitely be back.

Great pool, very happy with apartment and the rooftop bar is a great place to visit to watch the famous Darwin sunsets. I thought we had beautiful sunsets in Perth but Darwin takes the prize for sure! Complimentary nibbles are definitely a good reason to visit the rooftop

Whether you're visiting for the weekend, or leasing out an apartment, it's a great place to be in. Very clean modern rooms that also has a minimalist style to them. There's a penthouse on the 16th and last floor, where you can grab a drink, have a bite to eat, and take in the beautiful 360° view of Darwin's CBD and harbour. I'd say it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset from.

Clean, well appointed, serviced rooms. Nice pool and rooftop bar (during our stay they were offering free nibbles after 4 p.m.) We didn't go to the restaurant, so no review of that. We saw scooters for hire out the front, and organised buses to the markets were advertised. Walking distance to CBD (about 5 minutes). Undercover parking was available. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to family and friends travelling to Darwin.

Have stayed twice and have booked again for next year. Very comfortable, having a washing machine a real plus. Pool is great, apartments very comfortable with great views and staff do a fantastic job. Congratulations to Michael who makes you feel like family and Lily in the restaurant who greets you with a huge smile every morning. Highly recommend, particularly if you want a longer stay.

Staying here for 8 nights. This is night 4. Having a great stay & would highly recommend. Certainly no negatives.

Not super impressed but a good central location. We had a 2 bed appartment that you can't close the door to the bedroom as the bed is in the way and the light switch is behind the door! "Bedside" lights are mounted so high you have to get out of bed to use them. Water is hit and miss in the shower, if you time it well you may get a few mins shower before it slows to a drip! Extractor fans don't work in the bathroom and warm water comes out the bathroom cold tap.

We were welcomed every morning by the incredible friendly Lily and the staff of the Horizon Cafe and our breakfast was fantastic everyday and would Recommend to stay and enjoy the Ramada

Great location, amazing service-so friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was a great way to kick off the afternoon followed up with the courtesy bus to the beach markets. Will definitely stay again

Pool rooms are everything you need. Amazing breakfast in the cafe. Clean. Polite. Serviced well.

It's nice enough, but a little out of the way, the electric scooters (Neuron, need the APP) make it easy to get anywhere. Rooftop bar is great and the pool is awesome. Breakfast was pretty ho-hum.

The establishment called us a few days prior to arrival, to confirm flight arrival time and check in. Our room was not ready though once we arrived. All fixed with a wonderful upgrade, thank you very much. The sea view is expensive for an industrial site view. Positive aspects are the refreshing pool and roof top bar with complimentary nibbles. Short walk to town centre, stock up your fridge.
There is no where for lunch or dinner at the hotel. Very friendly staff, easy to talk to and will help the best they can. Great air-conditioning in the apartment.

Good location, nice team and clean. If I go to Darwin again, I will stay in Ramada.
Only drawback was a false evacuation alarm at midnight!
