Quest Palmerston - Serviced Apartments and Accommodation

Granted we only stayed one night but, we were impressed upon entry of the elevator. You could smell that they had been cleaned and it continued on to our floor and into our room. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was clean and neatly presented with everything we needed available. We would 100% stay again and recommend to friends. Great location in Palmerston Central.

I have travelled all over Australia and this place by far takes the cake.
Absolutely disgusted with the service and overall quality of the room we stayed in.
From dirty towels and dirty sheets it was an unpleasant stay. When they clean the room they don't even bother taking out the rubbish. This rubbish has been at our door for 3days and still hasn't been taken.
Another note they do not do any house keeping on Sunday's, Keep that in mind when staying here

Oh dear. If you have exhausted all other possibilities and there is absolutely no other beds within a 20klm radius of the city and you are really really tired and have a good supply of antiseptic wipes… then yes maybe stay here. Otherwise, in my opinion give this place a wide berth.

I stayed here for a week, I got home from work to find my charger destroyed, when I went to reception to tell them the receptionist laughed and the manager told me there is not much he can do and he is gonna investigate the following day and he didn’t. I had to go buy a new charger and I lost a total of $120

Simply the best dog friendly accommodation. Clean, tidy and everything available. Highly recommended.

Pleasant staff and convenient facilities. Good room with large balcony. Well serviced - nothing was a problem.

Water and signage was not prepared. I have to remind the front desk again of this important features I requested when booking the board room.

The best doggo friendly accommodation I have stayed in. The staff were absolutely lovely. The bed was really comfy. And the balcony was perfect to enjoy the evening sunset and for our dog to hang out on and people watch.

Great they accomdated my inability to use a bath tub shower, and changed to wheelchair access room, awesome, has an old gym, but really nice pool, and located near pus, cafes and shopping centres

Not quests fault. But right next to the bus depot.drunk, screaming and fighting locals everywhere and asking for money. It's very intimidating.

Fabulous accommodation, clean, friendly staff. Location is great, close to all shopping facilities.

Stayed for 2 weeks.in a 3 bedroom apartment.absolutely wonderful stay.nothing to much trouble.on a Saturday night there was a lot of noise.and there was no one to contact.we put in a complaint and from then on a gentleman stayed overnight.

Clean and big apartment, well equipped kitchenette, good sized room with comfy bed. Good location in Palmerston. Excellent staff.
Only negative: noisy locals late at night

Customer service is amazing, rooms are always clean and tidy. Rooms are serviced everyday. Pool and bbq area is always clean and tidy wifi is slow and drops out. That is the only complaint

WIFI not working in room, reception said it would be fixed next day. Was told that 6 days straight and was never fixed. Was told a manager would contact me and compensate for the problem, never happened. Room was only serviced 1 day out of 6 days. Reception said they couldn't help cause no manager around so told I'd get a call again about issues. Checked out after 6 days and nothing fixed, reception said sorry about stay and will get a manager to call me again and compensate somehow but still haven't heard to this day.

The staff were exceptionally nice and very helpful.
The rooms were nice and will equipped. The southern face rooms were a bit noisy because of the rubbish truck pick ups during the early morning.
Overall, a really nice stay!

The only place i will stay, the rooms are very clean, staff are super friendly and very convenient with the shopping centre just next door. Don't forget to wander over to Cazarlys club. Thank you for putting up with us for a week.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. We stay here on business a couple times a year taking up 10+ rooms at a time and they always make the stay smooth and easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable, great value for the cost.

The receptionist Taylor was wonderful. She was so polite and welcoming and answered any questions that we had. The room was also wonderful and clean, but the receptionist is what makes a stay comfortable. Message to management; Don’t let her go.
