Perfectly situated on the beach with easy walking to the city. Large lagoon pool and the Infinity bar and pool are a welcome choice depending on your mood.

The location was amazing - great escape from southern winter. The building was a bit tired but the staff were all amazing.

Magnificent site, the experience would be even more enjoyable with a little more serious service. You must always check that your request is taken into account, because we have faced a few omissions.

Spent the day at Infiniti Bar and Pool.
Beautiful. Used the QR code to order from the table. Good beats all day.

Very small and in dire need of renovating. Restaurants were closed when I went there. Indian security staff member kept telling me to show identification, even though I was holding it up in front of his face.

Professional staff, lovely clean room, no complimentary water in rooms considering the price. Very basic menu and we’re not advised that service to the room was $5 each time also surprising considering the room we had was $700 a night. Fresh towels were delivered quickly, the outside poolside lounge chairs were very mouldy.

This is directed at the Sportsmans Bar. Visited not long ago and will not buy food from it again. I had a chicken schnitzel, and basically that is all it was, one Large schnitzel with a handful of chips under it with a bottle full of salt all over it. The schnitzel was thin dry and had more coating then actual chicken in it and all tasted like it was cooked the day before then reheated. All that for $25, disappointing! No way would I recommend the Sportsmans Bar unless you want your food to make you even more thirsty for the expensive beer. Bar didn't even have Keno available.

Really disappointed today when I got to the pool and haven't seen Billy, the sunscreen's cowboy

He's always looking after everyone, brings sunscreen, lips balm, take picture for us, always here when we need something

The pool area isn't the same without him!

Come back Billy

Our friend who is autistic was refused entry by this security guard because he was “intoxicated”. This man does not drink, however this security guard was very rude and abrupt. It was a very upsetting experience.

We stayed at Mindil Beach Casino Resort for a quick holiday up from Perth. Whilst the location and staff are truly great and so attentive and quick to resolve any issues, there were a few things that could have gone smoother. Room service on one night took about an hour and a half to arrive (but granted this was the day of Darwin cup so the hotel was jam packed), our rooms weren't serviced after night 1; which in the scheme of things is fine because as soon as I asked for some fresh towels, room service was straight onto it. Apart from those things, we found the rooms really pleasant and the location just ideal to take in the beach right at our doorstep. We hope to be able to stay in the resort rooms next time. Thanks Mindil for your attentiveness. Many thanks, Dilhari and Douglas.

No not too happy felt like i was hassled by security in the gaming area then went to have dinner and sat on verandah to eat but also got asked to move inside, was upset about that and left my $50 each tickets on the table at 10 when asked to leave which the security picked up but was still missing one ticket which all 3 were folded together, hmmm funny that one goes missing and that's the security, whom by the way knows who I'm talking about.name starts with P funny if he's had a good win on a casino keno ticket.rant over thanks for f all, not wasting my money again

The manager is discriminatory. Have lodged complaint and will be taking this as high as it can possibly go. The location itself seems great. But the incident that occurred has put me off ever going back.

We did not enjoy our stay at the Mindil Beach Casino Reaort. Apart from the location to the Mindil Beach Markets there was nothing appealing about our stay here. The rooms are dated and not very family friendly. The bathroom was awkward with the old shower/ bath combo and old shower fixtures. The rooms are smelly, out dated and overpriced for what you get. Staff were pleasant but did not go out of their way to help out. We did not feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort at all.

Quite frankly I felt ripped off. We booked a Delux room, which is their standard room. We paid $300 a night to be placed in a room where the wardrobe was missing it's door. You shouldn't be placing guests in rooms when they are faulty. The rest of the room was just so horribly clinical. There were just tiles on the floor, nothing on the walls, a desk and a small table with 2 seats. The tv was tiny and you could barely see it from bed. In no way did it look like the picture on their website. And why 2 desktable, where is a soft chair to just sit in? We complained about the wardrobe door and they moved us. The next room actually looked like the pictures advertised but it was so tired, just soooo old! We accepted the room but then didn't get any sleep as the air con had a constant high pitch ringing. We should have complained again but what was the point. They would just place us in another horrible room and the first move was already long and hard enough. Apart from the ringing air con, the lights had thick dust all over them, water damage above the door. The bed was meh. The bathroom was fairly awful, it had no extraction fan so it was a sauna when you got out of the showerbath (Goodluck if you don't have good balance). One of the towels ripped when I was drying myself. It did have a much bigger tv which was new, so that was positive. The pool towels they give you in the room are old and you will get fined if it's not taken back to the room.
There is also no complimentary water or even bathrobes. It sounds picky, but many hotels in this price point all do this as standard.
The pool is it's only redeeming feature but the sunloungers are all ripped and stained. They did up the infinity pool which is open to the public but they forgot to upgrade the hotel guest only lagoon pool. The swim up bar is kinda fun but don't go for the cocktails, they are really overpriced and just plain terrible ($20-22). The mango daiquiri has some cheap mango rum which has been pre-made and then Ice is just added to the blender. So you never see the alcohol go in and in what ratio. Just buy beer, then you know exactly what you get. There are actually some really good cocktail Bars in the CBD with prices around $18 and $15 for happy hour. Go and explore them.

There are signs around asking for you to excuse their appearance while they undergo renovations, what exactly is that pertaining too? The exterior or interior? Because they should really inform you when you are booking that they are undergoing renos.
The staff are lovely, and the front desk staff did their absolute best, it's a tough job being front desk staff. In no way is this a reflection on the staff, but the owners who have neglected to maintain and upgrade the rooms over time. I spent almost a grand in accommodation for 3 nights but these rooms weren't worth more than $150 a night. Anything more is a rip. They felt more like motel rooms.

Edit: apparently i've been contacted twice and voicemails were left. Not really sure how they got my number since my partner made the booking and not me And my partner has not received anything. Also, I posted the review on a Monday but was contacted over the weekend? So before my review was posted? That is some good psychic abilities you have there. Cheers
