Start with the good, location is good, view is good, checkin and parking all good.
But if you are american you will find the a/c to be woeful, the room is worn out, a/c vents are super dirty, paint chipping off metal fittings, it was once luxurious, now it is a worn out rental. Also do not buy the wifi, you must pay per device and it is not working for two days now.

Had the 2 bedroom apartment- absolutely fantastic. Everything is provided, and has a great view of Darwin.
