Litchfield Safari Camp

Nice camping at this park. Good location to explore Litchfield National Park. Maybe a little on the high side on $$ we felt.

Spent 3 nights here, place is amazing and good value. Owners are putting their all into improving it even more by putting in a pool during the coming weeks. Staff are friendly and leave you to your own devices. Definitely give it a go, you will be surprised.

Great bush camp, loved our time there. So accessible by car to all of the walks & pools. Friendly staff very willing to help, lovely people. Great friendly atmosphere in the camp ground too. Kids there loved the fact you can have a fire in the designated fire places. My husband would go to the Creek every morning for the bird life, spectacular. Free washing machines a bonus. Relaxing enjoyable time, would go back again.

We stayed in a cabin for 4 nights and then a glamping tent for 3 nights. Absolutely amazing! The cabin was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The glamping tent was beyond expectations.simply stunning! The owners Phil and Tully were fabulous hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We camped for 8 days with friends and family. What a amazing place to stay. The Camp kitchen is amazing and both toilets have a washing machine and are Free. We also
checked out the Glamping Tents which are too die for. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Such a fabulous place to stay. Camp hosts are absolute legends and just want to ensure everyone has a great stay and wonderful time. They are doing some great upgrades to the place and the safari tents are next level if you're not into camping. Highly recommend a stay here. Great price, great facilities, excellent location - what more can you ask for!

As a large group (approximately 45 people) we chose to stay in the unpowered sites. Plenty of shaded space and the grounds and amenities were well cared for. Tali and Phillip were extremely accommodating making this a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend this camp ground to anyone wanting to experience Litchfield.

Love Litchfield and this Safari Camp has it all. Shade, great humans, prime facilities and its nearby some of Litchy’s beauties, Wangi and Cascades. Great time cheers guys!

Litchfield Safari Caravan Park was the best place on our trip around the NT. The site is cool and shady but you can still get positions with enough sun for your solar. The site is like anl tropical oasis.
The management take a lot of care for the site and are very helpful.
The site is quiet, welcoming and in amongst the bird life. The toilets are clean and freshly painted, loads of hot water and free washing machines, but you provide our own laundry ;-)
The camp kitchen is funky and modern with the feel of an outback pub. There is every type of appliance you could want with barstools and varnished bar counters. This is also the hub for the free wifi.
Best of all, it is the closest campsite to all the points of interest in the Litchfield Park.
If you are visiting Litchfield NP and need somewhere to stay, this is the place, whether it is tent, caravan, camper trailer or glamping tent. Yes they have lots of luxurious glamping tents too.

Our favourite camping ground in all of NT. There were tons of grassy knolls to set up camp on with shade and picnic tables. Amenities were really clean. Place is under new ownership as of last year and the new owners are lovely and really helpful - disregard any of the negative reviews from a few years ago. You really can’t find a better campsite anywhere in Litchfield and you won’t regret staying here!

Litchfield Safari camp is absolutely stunning! So peaceful and serene. The place has been renovated recently and had everything you need including hot showers and a free washing machine. Powered and unpowered sites, cabins and soon to be glamping tents, this place has it all! The fire pits with free wood are a great idea. The caretakers are super friendly and helpful, Phil might even be kind enough to give you one of his fishing hotspots if you ask nicely Can’t wait to return once the glamping tents are complete. Highly recommend, BEST place to stay in Litchfield without a doubt!

Currently camped here right now. Best campgrounds we’ve been to out of our few months on the road so far. Plenty of space and free firewood. Managers are super friendly and knowledgeable.

We’ve been to Litchfield Safari camp 6 times now with our small family (two adults and two toddlers) over the last two years.
The location is great and is close to swimming spots. There are large shady camp spots (with trees and grass) which leaves room for small children to run around and a bonus of clean amenities.
It’s recently been cleaned up and refreshed which makes the place even nicer. Can’t wait for our next trip out there.

Awesome place friendly staff amazing country lots to see and do. Especially all the waterfalls. Staff are amazing and will really help you to get to know the place. Very comfortable Would highly recommend

Absolutely LOVED this campsite. So green and grassy, amazing facilities with hot showers, great owners, and just overall so serene. There’s lots of little pockets so people can have their own privacy. There’s also picnic tables and fire pits too. Would come here again and 100% recommend to anyone.

What an amazing getaway the newly renovated cabins are amazing perfect for a family or romantic weekend away!
Cannot wait to go back and try the glamping tents once they are ready!
Perfect place to go to relax unwind and leave all your stress & worries behind.

Plenty of space, friendly accommodating hosts, clean facilities and handy to everything, plenty of firewood and firepits - a great find. Will definitely return when next doing Litchfield.

This was our favourite camping ground on our whole NT camping tour. It is very secluded and quiet and the sites are big, private and shady. We had a powered site for our campervan & it was awesome. The toilets and showers were clean and tidy. You can light a fire in the fire pits with wood provided on site. The serenity in the park is blissful. We highly recommend.

Owners very amicable, helpful and genuinely seem like they’re ready to do their best to help guests out. Reasonably priced and plenty of space & shade. Facilities themselves a little worn/aged but location can’t be beaten for nearby falls etc
