Lovely hidden gem? , sadly only a over nighter but will return again. Friendly hosts and Campers. Lovely camp roast dinner would have been even better with a desert included for the price.

We had a great time here. Really enjoyed the Fossicking experience where we found two stones worth setting, and the camp-oven dinner was delicious. Definitely worth the detour off the highway if you have the time to spare a few days. Just beware of the trucks on the one-lane tarmac, they have right-of-way, so move completely off the road to avoid damage to your fragile caravan! Enjoy!

Just a short stop before continuing to Alice Springs. What I can say a great big breakfast. Thanks to the staff.

A great experience. Accommodation facilities are clean and private. Camping is the bomb with good proximity to amenities block and plenty of wood for camp fires. Pool is an awesome reprieve on warm days, clean and well maintained. The quad bike will even drop your dinner off at your cabin or camp-site! What's not to love about that? Did I mention how much of a blast gem fossicking is? !

Good van park. Great hosts. Loved the roast and 'floor show' put on by the owners. Central to good fossicking in the Harts Range.

Great staff, garnet tour is fun. Like all caravan parks these days though; if you've got a fully self contained caravan you get a spot right next to the amenities and if you aren't (or God forbid in a tent) you get put a couple of hundred metres from the amenities. No logic there!

We came for two nights. Went Garnet fossicking- first time ever - we found six large ones (1x5,1x 4.5,1x4 and 3x3s) plus heaps small ones. Staff are super friendly and restrooms impeccable and clean. We will be back.
