Had lunch and took a quick tour of the area, part of an excursion tour of the MacDonnall Range.

Only accommodation to stay in the West Mac's as well as the only bar. It is ok but had really lost its old world charm when they installed horrible modern toilets out front of the beautiful old homestead.

Rustic but functional amenities. The bar & restaurant are a very enjoyable luxury after a long day in the heat!
