Capitanos

I just want to say a big thank you to the Capitanos team, especially Angela. We had been staying there because we were trying to get to Perth and they were able to accommodate our last minute need for extra nights and early check in. Yes there are a few things that need attention to detail like a few cobwebs and cleaning around the tap. Overall though, the amount of facilities you get for the price is unmatched and the room is clean with plenty of storage. Not even a 4 star hotel offers free foxtel with over 600 channels, free laundry and dryer and a bbq. It is so close to the centre of all the action, but far enough away you don't have to deal with any drunken riff raff. We would definitely stay here again.

Very grateful to the Capitanos hotel staff (Paulo, Mathew and Angela) who booked us in on Christmas day with little notice after an international flight change, upgraded our accommodation, and looked after us during the COVID lockdown. Top quality service. Very friendly staff. Our children loved the pool.

Wow I'm so impressed with this affordable hotel in the Darwin CBD. Lovely staff and a pool that gets sun all day. Great wifi too - which I needed for Zoom calls for work. Room was clean, modern and everything worked. No frills but also very affordable for this solo traveler! Would happily return.
