Eerily interesting. Was meant to stop for quick lunch and ended up staying for two hours watching small spectacle of tide changing the direction of the river, cars braving the cross and fishermen trying to ignore crocks ;)

If your looking for the best wildlife and interaction with indigenous and non indigenous. This is the best place to see.

If you're in Kakadu and haven't seen any crocs yet just go there. There's always a few hanging around especially at the tide change as they're all waiting for the fish to get flushed by the flow.
If you don't have any luck you can still watch the crazy/brave people trying to drive through the river to get to Arnhem lands

You have to stop by here if in Kakadu. Not many places in the world you can see crocs like this!
