Banka Banka Station reviews
46We arrived last minute and got the family cabin. Everything was awesome - the cabin was clean with air con and really big. Adam was super friendly and happy hour was great. Lovely spot and a great stay. Highly recommend
What magic spot this is in the middle of nowhere.
A working station.
Great spot to stay overnight.power and water.
A single donger looks like a shoebox from the outside but is 5 star immaculate and comfortable on the inside. Such a good night's sleep here!
Green grass for trailers and large spaces. Bathroom is big and well kept with power points its got a great home like feel to the place.
Rocked up without a booking and they were ever so happy to accommodate us! They also have a cute tiny bar.
We were 2 days in the camp at the 14/ 15th of October 2021. The Managers Karen and John were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great little lookout close by. We took lot of pic.with sunset and sunrice. Be back next time we come past here.

Excellent site, very friendly staff and clean amenities. We enjoyed the live entertainment and beer in the old homestead. Secure and safe.
Cabins are great! Converted 10ft containers with single bed with ensuite etc. Great price. Friendly service. 5pm happy hour at the old homestead. Thank you!
Friendly Host and a nice place for an overnight stop Ablution block is ok and clean, at least had 1 towel hook, one up to most other parks!
Nice place and staff. Unfortunately arrived to only get a powered site on the dusty drive. Great fire pit and drinks at old homestead. Lots of grassed sites in middle area. Great play area for kids. A couple of walks. Dump point.
Best shower I have ever had. Both kinds of music. Friendly staff who love their job. Refreshing alternative to any caravan Park in that general vacinity.
Good, clean and friendly. Nice grassed area for tent and pegs. Best tent friendly place so far.
However.we arrived on Country and Western night. Two hours of excruciating, nasally loudspeaker live music.
But, anyway, thanks Banka Banka, will recommend.
Good spot to stop. Stayed one night and there was a country singer performing at night at the campfire. Not a lot of shade so you will be lucky to get much. All up $25 per night unpowered site it's a good spot to stop. Powered sites were booked our when we arrived. All good Jim.
Great spot Owners have done a wonderful job with this park Walks and happy hour with a singer Very friendly
We didn't stayed there but visited because my son wanted to use a toilet. Facilities are clean and camp sites were at right places. I would surely stay there during my next visit.
Nice overnight stay. Amenities good. Has dump pt. Happy hour with camp fire. Watch the sunset from lookout, or 2k walk to water hole. Would recommend staying.
Lovely place to stop. Very clean amenities block and the provision of a bar and open air communal area make it a favourite stop over. Nice atmosphere although camp sites are close together as it’s popularity increases!
Omg the best, we stop here everytime coming into NT from SA every year. Bonfire every night, great rates $25 pn, happy hour, singing, quiet (except for traffic) green, got some powered sites now, and packed out most days. Love it
We enjoyed Banka Banka station. We had a good tent site, facilities clean. Showers hot. Entertainment was good and nice to see a inclusive of children. Staff friendly
No tv reception, service or wifi. A telstra phone booth for telstra cards whatever they are. Very country style with live music/pub Saturday nights. Amenities not bad. Was not happy that they say they don't take bookings but reserve powered sites for people. Was refused a powered site when four still available. As a customer I feel cheated.
As soon as we pulled up we felt welcomed and like we were part of a family. We originally weren’t going to stay but the hospitality from management and the homely outback oasis vibe made us not be able to resist staying. From recommending where to park our van to opening the bar and offering home cooked damper and having a fire for all guests. This is a place not to miss!
