Australia Post

Lady from parcel collection was very friendly in explaining why I couldn't get my parcel. Then the lady from service had to intervene and tell me the same explanation with a descending tone and attitude. Lady from parcel 5 stars, but the other one doesn't know what service for clients is. Hopeless.

Terrible service! The worst experience I've had with Australia Post. If you're expecting to pick up your parcels, don't expect it's there at the time they said it would be

Astonishingly incompetent.
The amount of times I've been to Winnelli for no reason other than utter incompetence is staggering. It's tough for me to get there with my work hours but that's life and we make it happen only to be turned away and walk out empty handed time and time again for too many different reasons to list. The first 5-6 times I restrained myself thinking 'I won't take it out on the girls it might not be their fault, they could be being let down by a weak link somewhere along the line. ' But today I had to express my dissatisfaction and in an unprecedented display of efficiency from an Aus Post employee she handed me the 1,3 number to follow up my complaint with. Wasting more time with idiots who couldn't care less was not really the answer I was looking for, simply being able to pick up my mail without a hassle EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.would be massive help to me and the missus.
Nothing short of a disgrace.

In the last month and a half Iv had 3 parcels where the tracking has been marked delivered in Winnellie, but I have never seen them. Theres a thief working in the Winnellie sorting shed, and he had better hope Auspost find him first and get rid of him before I find his name. I know some people that can find these things out and they have started looking

I would like to mention that now coming to this post office for the past 3 months, they have been slow, understaffed no sense of urgency when there is a whole line of customers waiting. It's ridiculous.it's a business hub not a little corner shop! Slowest post office I had ever come to!
Today I was waiting in line in the morning busy time. And there was one desk lady serving and taking about 10 minutes with one customer having a good cAtch up.
Either get more staff on or train your staff to serve more efficiently. Put you off ever going there. I had to leave to get back to work after waiting for 10 minutes in the line with the line not even moving! Very disappointing!

Sucks I can't send mail and pick up a parcel at the same time, makes me have to do 2 trips. Closing time for mailing is at 5 but that's also the time I can pick up my parcel. Anybody feel the same?

All I can say is HOPELESS. I have purchased items from down south and had not received my order. I have been waiting for a week and a half now and still haven't got my order and its arrived at winnellie possibly just sitting there! Thumbs down so disappointed fullstop. HOPELESS
