I've had many wonderful experience here. Very polite, helpful, and informative staff.

I do wish there was clearer signage / a wall break in the counter to signal what queue is for what services. It can be a little tedious, linning up and queuing correctly. I've seen many customers confused by this.

Zero stars if I could. Even though a signature was required on delivery, the parcel was given to someone else and now my $300 parcel is gone. I have constant issues with your delivery drivers from this facility, majority of the time they do not even attempt to deliver and just leave a slip. Why am I paying for Delivery yet not getting the delivery service? I rely on medication to be delivered, which MUST be signed for due to it being a controlled schedule 8 medication, are they just going to give my next delivery to any random person that will sign? ! Absolutely pathetic service.
Edited to add: There has been a delivery guy forge my signature on a schedule 8 medication delivery. He has also forged my husbands signature while he was literally deployed in the middle of the ocean. I requested a different driver to be assigned and they rejected that. So I submitted a complaint to the Postal Industry Ombudsman and only once they had been involved, was I then assigned a different driver. Until this, we had constant issues with our deliveries not even attempting to be delivered. I was paying for a service I wasn't getting, due to making a rightful complaint about this man for signature fraud and mail tampering (he signed my husbands signature on a delivery which then said delivered yet he took it back to the post office with him, hence the mail tampering).

Worst service ever I had with Australian post Darwin. These people keep your parcel with them for 6-8 weeks. I don’t exact know what they do with people parcel. I request Australian post higher authorities to investigate why these people keeps our parcels for this much longer. I had faced similar issues as other people faced because of tis Australia post facility.

Looks like some aren't happy with the postal service, but it's mainly 2do with Oz post in general. I got a po Box at Winnellie and go to the counter often, I always received a good customer service from the staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not sure if it is lack of staff or incompetent staff but once parcels, and sometimes even letters, hit this post office they simply stop there. Sometimes for up to 8 weeks. If I had any other choice I would use them instead.

The receptions are friendly, however sometimes you still need to wait a bit longer cos they are so busy. Overall, it’s fine.

Best experience ever in an Auspost. A kind lady spent about 40 minutes in finding my parcel which was still in sorting since she was empathetic. Bless her heart.

Could not be arsed to listen, spoke over me and wouldn't let me finish my sentence. They couldn't care less regarding a lost parcel. They told me to try ringing instead which the employee on the phone told me to go back instore.most useless organisation in Australia.

Wish there was an option to give it 0 stars.the staff are really rude and unhelpful and will not ask around their own co-workers to see if anyone can help. I was given my ID back and asked to leave for a delivery that was handed to the wrong person. No customer service at all.entitled workers who have been working here for too long and do not care about customer service at all.

After 6 months of investigation and the PO PUTTING my parcel in the wrong post box I have no result
Have tried Australian post, have visited the post office and they mistook the 3 for a 5 which is their fault
Very angry, upset and want compensation for their mistake

Slow, lazy, unfriendly. Hate having to do their job and take forever to do anything, the type that I'd they have 2 things to do they'll stretch it to a whole day. Government workers 101. Australia Post Nightcliff is lightning years ahead in speed and service.

The team at Winnellie Businesses Centre Post Office are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and professional. When I was being mucked about by an online retailer in relation to receiving my purchase the team at Winnellie went above and beyond in tracking it down and delivering it to me. Thank you and keep up the great work you are doing.

Drivers licence sent by MVR to PO Box 12/06. No show. Customer service @ Aus Post wanted to know if tracking number used. Not sure how I would know the answer to that as I didn't send the item? No way to check or follow-up without tracking number. Primary source of ID, no way to check @ post office if been placed in incorrect PO Box. Fairly sure MVR would be a major client, wonder how much this is costing people in replacement fees, calls and time wasted. Not happy AusPost

Always been great customer service whenever I've gone in. Broke my arms so couldn't drive and pick up parcel, they called asking why instead of just returning to sender, delayed return of parcel and offered to redeliver it to a different address to help me nice to have humans on the other side being flexible.

Received text message my parcel would be delivered yesterday
Was at home all day, delivery person only left message in mail box, did not call me when at unit.
So had to pick up parcel from PO next day
What's the point of a delivery driver driving your parcel around all day and not notifying you when their at your front door only to drive off with it so you have to pick it up from PO the next day where it started from
Can't make sense of it
