Alice Springs Tourist Park

This is a very clean and well run park. The facilities are a bit old and tired, but they are cleaned and maintained well. The bathrooms are excellent and the camp kitchen had clean tea towels, sponges and washing up liquid. My main bug is the unpowered sites were small and cramped in like sardines as the rest of the park appeared to be. Not a fancy park, but we’ll run for what it is.

Powered site for 1 night. Very nice facility's and laundry. Recomend and will visit again.

This park is well looked after, camp sites are well appointed to ammenities, camp kitchen was clean and well maintained and great facilities. Amenities and family cabins are dated but clean, laundry & dryers are fantastic. Great location to town. Staff are the highlight of our trip from house keeping to grounds staff, reception you name it, friendly, accommodating, easy going it really made our stay good to excellent!

Loved this park, plenty of shady spots, great stocked store and felt safe due to 8ft high security gates

No complaints about the park itself. However, our caravan was broken into while we were asleep inside it. My husband woke up and saw someone standing in the doorway. They got away with his wallet. We just want to alert people, irrespective of which caravan park you stay at, to be security conscious and lock everything away.

Lovely place to stay in Alice Springs, nice cabins with enough room for a family, good kitchen and good supplies. Their reception office sells general supplies and cold drinks, friendly staff.

What a lovely place! We booked last minute to stay here one night and ended up extending our stay. The staff are lovely. Stefania was super attentive, welcoming and we loved her way to communicate with us! The owner tried to do her best to let us stay one more night as they were fully booked that night. She made our stay so special and we almost felt at home!
Very helpful people there! We’ll never be more thankful! Did so many washing and dryers after such a long trip. Laundry is well equipped with washing machines and dryers. Toilets are cleaned every day and the kitchen is amazing! 10/10.
Grassed areas with lots of trees and lovely birds.
The place is super safe and sicure!

Needs a good tidy up. Staff were friendly but even they need to walk around to get an idea of sites. Didn't take any photos. I would stay again

We have now been to this park for about 5 years, except for the 2 covid years, and each time the service, and conditions, have been excellent. It's clean, quiet, and very friendly. I would recommend this park to anyone going to Alice Springs.

Great park to stay in whilst seeing Alice Springs. Clean, tidy and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

We had a room on the first day, and a powered site for the last day. We are very happy with the room. Nice and clean. Very helpful people there. When we arrived at the airport, we were having trouble to get a taxi there. After we arrived the park, they gave me a couple of numbers to call for transport instead of calling taxi next time. We were very lucky called those numbers, especially we were very tight on times on the return day.
We didn't stay the last night, but arrived 10.30am the following day. They were very nice to let us in to fill up with water and charge phones etc, so we can get ready for afternoon flight back. The price for room and site were very reasonable. Highly recommend to everyone.

Word of warning
They have a resident or outsiders who steals belonging, heard from many other stayers they had people try to break into vans or had items stolen.

Good sites with nice grass and pathways. Toilets are kept in good condition. There is also a pool which is an added bonus. Great Place.

I definitely can recommend to stay here. Anna was the most lovely receptionist I’ve met in a long time! Good facilities, nice clean bathroom and a good, clean camp kitchen. It was quiet and relaxed for my stay. Some nice grass with some shady trees. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend Alice Springs Tourist Park if you are in Alice springs.

Really friendly staff. Good clean bathrooms. BEAUTIFUL camp kitchen, a welcoming modern place where you feel happy to grab a book and tea.

We were unpowered which was fine, fairly level pitch. We did have a swooping minor bird though protecting its nest which was a bit annoying!

Great park, nice pool. Friendly staff, clean amenities, close to CBD, big sites good for families, dog friendly, grassy and shady areas.

We don't normally leave feedback but we must give AS Tourist Park 5/5.
Have been using our van for 7.5 years & rarely stay in parks. Being 24' we often don't fit.
We arrived a day early & needed to stay longer whilst waiting on new batteries from Brisbane. Not only did they accomodate us but gave us the opportunity to check the available sites first to determine the best site to fit in.
The place was spotless, even the permanent site van areas. The bathroom & laundry facilities were huge & so clean I felt guilty using them. Security was very good with warnings about leaving valuables out, locking gates at night & lighting including sensor lighting made it safe to use facilities after dark.
We were able to ride in & out of the park & around within the park on push bikes without concern.
All the staff were great to talk to & very helpful. We also brought in a baby galah & they gave us details of the wildlife people to contact to care for it.
We are very happy to be returning in 3 weeks time on our way back through.
