Alice on Todd Apartments

Spoke to Karen about accommodation from Friday to Tuesday. I was able to book online a studio for Friday, Sunday and Monday nights. But I would have to book a two bedroom apartment for Saturday night. Which I didn't think was unreasonable. Until I spoke to Karen, she wasn't happy that the room would need cleaning because I was moving rooms. She wanted me to stay the whole time in a two bedroom apartment for an extra $300, instead of breaking up my stay to save money. Terrible service. Not worth the hassle of the call. Glade I didn't book online. Training needed for front of house staff.

1 night here and we wanted to stay longer unfortunately Alice on Todd was booked out to extend our stay highly recommend best value for your money and so very suitable for dog owners

Absolutely lovely place to stay whether you are quatentining, taking a getaway or just traveling. The apartments are spotless and quiet modern. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful.

I came here with my family on such short notice, they were very accepting, the rooms and service were above great, staff were very friendly, and the apartments were really clean, i felt very secure seeing as there was a gate. It was close to alot of our everyday places, childcare, school and shops, i i would highly recommend the apartments and i would love to visit again!

If I'm going to have to isolate again I will definitely be doing it at Alice On Todd. Awesome service, beautiful rooms and great staff.
Two weeks is a long time to be coped up but it was made so much easier at the AOT.

Apartmens are awesome for 2 blokes with 2 bedrooms and a full size kitchen. The price is on point also.

We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Very clean and well appointed apartment, very helpful and friendly managers. Good location, safe environment.

This place is great. Reception staff were very helpful. Printed some documents of for us. Free use of washing machines and cloths lines.
Very clean, neat and tidy. We will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and self contained. Staff friendly and maintain the property well. Quiet part of town, reasonably close to the CBD. On site parking that is secure overnight.

After staying four nights in the absolutely awful Diplomat Motel above a pub full of screaming, yelling, racist bogans, we pulled up stumps and headed to this place. I wanted somewhere quiet before our drive out to Tennant Creek and also a washing machine to freshen up our clothes for the drive north to Darwin. Was not disappointed. Quiet apartments with a washing machine and full kitchen. Not a lot of privacy if you want to use the toilet and your partner is in bed. Having a wager, it would be handy to have a dryer for those who are only staying one night. That said, we put clothes on the hoist inside and turned the air con to heat and everything was dry by morning. The best bonus was heading the ability to cook a dinner instead of reading out. I'd forgotten how much is missed having steamed veggies with dinner instead of chips! Definitely recommend for a quiet alternative to body town centre motels.

Very clean and comfortable. The complex is safe and secure and our 2 bedroom unit was quite roomy with a nice verandah to sit on and admire the view over the Todd river. We stayed 6 nights.

Stayed here over new year break. Unfortunately had issues with booking company and was left unsatisfied with the apartment. Thankfully the reception was able to help out after an extensive discussion about the type of apartment. The standard rooms have one aircon and a few fans to cater for a 3 room apartment which isnt very practical for the tempratures at Alice Springs. The deluxe apartments are much more practical for a summer holiday but obviously more costly. Overall good management but disappointed in what was supposed to be a 4-star standard room.
