Adelaide River Cruises reviews
65We had a fabulous day with Adelaide river Cruise. Shaun was very knowledgeable about the crocodile's that habitat the area. Very exciting with the Crocs jumping for their food. Very safe and the boat is shaded. We finished the day swimming in Berry Springs. We would do it again. ️
We have been twice on this adventure and it is the best Croc Jumping tour around. The boat is single story getting you a lot more up close and personal with the crocs (special mention to Brutus and Dominator. 2 monsters over 5.5 metres.)
Captain Adam was great and provided a friendly, informative and entertaining narrative which adds to the experience.
Well worth doing
Regards
Brian
Andy was a great guide and very knowledgeable. Boat and group were small which enabled you to see crocs up close without crowded energy. Highly recommend and would do again.
Thanks so much to Captain Adam for a great day out on the water with Brutus, Dominator and gang happily being fed and jumping for some great shots with our camera’s. Keeping it real in the territory.
Excellent croc jumping experience. The crocs come right up to the boat and you are able to take lots of photos. The owner Sean is very knowledgeable. Only small groups go out so you don't fell like you are getting on top of each other when try to see the crocs. Thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks
Amazing experience! Real close up crocs jumping, big and small one's. Highly recommended! It cant get any better then that. Plus Andy is a real nice man. Money well spent! If I have to do it again? HELL YEAH
Great tour. Up close. Be prepared get dirty splashed mud etc. Boat was full but still could see all. Humorous friendly overweight guide.
An amazing journey down the river. Seeing crocs that close and personal was something else. And then there is Brutus. Damn he is a bigun.
Excellent experience captain Harry with a wealth of knowledge he gets you up close and personal fully recomend
Had the best day, the Guy doing to tours was a great bloke and was full of interesting facts and things about the Crocodiles in the River, the kids really enjoyed it and we got to see the Croc's up real close. Wow
This cruise was amazing. We had crocs either side of the boat before we even pushed off the pontoon! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, happily answering what surely to him must have been repetitive and silly questions from us tourists. Amazing experience not soon forgotten. Highly recommend this cruise over the bigger, flashier ones.
I love family run business as in my eyes they want to give you the best for your buck. The boats are small so you get really I mean really up close to these amazing animals. And the knowledge the tour guides have is amazing and answers any questions you have.
What a spectacle and for those interested in the wild life it’s very informative - we where so close to the crocs you felt like touching them (but don’t!)
Great experience. 1 hour trip is plenty long enough to have a really enjoyable time. The lady on reception is extremely nice and helpful too.
Surely one of the best experience in Northern Territory. Watching this reptiles trying to eat the meat with such violence and power was amazing. Captain Harry gave us a fantastic explanation about the fauna that inhabit this area with a particular bird show that I loved. What we liked the most was the small group tour and the very personal and friendly interaction that this creates. The price is absolutely worth it.
This is an excellent cruise we saw so many crocodiles. There are some amazing photo opportunities when the crocs swim right up to the boat. Some of the crocodiles are so big they look photo shopped but they are definitely real! Highly recommended
Harry Bowman our tour guide took us on an incredible cruise on tha Adelaide river to see the jumping crocks. Brutus (the crock) and his girls didn't disappoint.
A must-do, worth every cent.
Great experience, thanks Harry
Today we had an awesome adventure tour with Adelaide River Cruises. Our guide explained the crocs, birds and wildlife at the Adelaide River and he made sure that everyone got a good look and picture of the crocs. We saw and fed around 10 crocs unfortunately Brutus (the biggest Crocodile) didn't show up, but it still was a really thrilling adventure. Don't forget to bring lots of water, your camera and insect repellent with you.
Absolutely AMAZING! That cruise was one of the best things I've done in Australia.
Definitely worth it. I've seen both the Dominator and Brutus - huge (and famous) 5.5m males. They literally look like dinosaurs.
Wonderful cruise, pick this one.
Not too sure why anyone would mark this experience anything other than 5 stars. Couldn't really get much closer to some fantastic wild crocs!
