Going to Kings Canyon with AAT Kings was wonderful experience and definitely worth the money! Oir guide Michelle told us a lot of interesting background stories along the bus drive but also knew when to let us sleep. She is very enthusiastic and does a really great job! The breakfast was huge and there are options for everyone, meat lovers and vegans! The walk itself is very beautiful. We were lucky with the weather so it wasn't actually very strenuous at all (only 32°C) but thats probably a lot harder in summer.

Wonderful Uluru Guided sunrise base walk with our 5 star guide Wils. Wils was so informative and engaging and clearly had a passion for the stories and information being shared - an awesome guide. Breakfast was simple but we were grateful for it and the rest. We found the walk well paced with plenty of opportunities to stop. Wils was also very caring about the group and there were opportunities for people to continue on the bus after breakfast as the day heated up.

Another amazing and informative trip with AAT Kings. We booked a tour to Kakadu NP and a scenic flight. Cam our tour guide was terrific. He had great knowledge and his funny jokes made our trip very enjoyable.

Had a lovely four hour tour of Uluṟu with our driver/guide Will who was everything you’d expect from a tour guide both knowledgeable and entertaining very enthusiastic and just a little bit corny. I would recommend this Uluṟu Sunset and sacred sites tour to everybody.

The guide (Andy - an old Australian man not a young Japanese guide) was unfriendly and rude. I asked him if he could check that my booking was including nibbles or BBQ. He said nibbles meant food. I said I knew what nibbles meant. He rudely said "Just follow the people". If he couldn't understand my question, he could ask me again rather than rudely saying nibbles meant food and just follow the people. I felt he was a kind of a racist. He was the worst and rudest tour guide I have ever met. I had a great experience with SEIT (the tour guide was Shay) but not with AAT kings. If you wanna book a tour in Uluru, go for nice, professional, and kind SEIT agency not AAT kings.

Sunrise Tour to Ululu and Kata-Tjata was worth doing. The guide was excellent, but we had 63 people on the bus with one guide.
The tour company made a lot of money and had to do very little. SE-IT tours are smaller.

We booked a couple of excursions with this company. Turned up on time, good knowledge of the sites etc.but the sacred site and sunset tour was definitely not worth £100 per person. You can see the sunset from the viewing platform at the Ayers Rock resort for free. Was nice to walk by the rock but that can be done by yourself too.

Great experience but very disappointed by the guide (we did the base walk). He didn't seem to know much, gave very brief and quick explanations and was rushing to the next stop each time. No time for questions and lack of kindness sometimes. At the end, we could have done our base walk on our own. I guess we have been unlucky that day.

We have done a number of tours and experiences over the last 5 days, all were very well organised and informative. The guides were great, but there was a stand out. Glen from Tiwi Islands was amazing, his engagement with the group, his genuine, extensive and passionate knowledge of the area, his genuine interest in the life and stories of his tour group, and just his general manor. Thankyou Glen, we wish you all the best and happiness. Pulya! AAT, this man is a future leader of your tour business.

Beatrice was our guide on our Uluru aboriginal art and cultural experience tour with AAT Kings. She stands above the other guides due to her friendliness, knowledge and appreciation of the local Anangu people, their stories, their culture, and of the local geology - she gave us the clearest explanation of the formation of Uluru and Kata Tjuṯa that we’ve heard so far. It was an honour to hear from local Anangu woman, Evelyn, in her native language and watch her paint.

I went in several tours with AATkings and most were not worth the effort of writing a review for, however one tour Uluru base and sunset with tour guide "Andy" stood out for all the wrong reasons.

As an Australian, I was mortified with the way Andy communicated with international tourists. He demonstrated a complete lack of the ability to listen.

The whole tour would have been better if he had just not spoken. The content of his incessant ramblings was often inaccurate, self-contradictory, and repetitive. The manner in which it was delivered was like a 1980's high school teacher's monotonous monologue. Andy forced the entire tour to listen to his aimless ramblings like school children. Most people completely disengaged after a few seconds.

AATKings, please train your guides, test their knowledge and ability to communicate on a regular basis.

We had a great tour to Kings Canyon, with Glen our guide and Frank our driver. They both made the day really special. Well done guys.
My only real criticism of the company was that their pre-tour literature didn't make it clear, to people like us, who are not used to hiking in these conditions, how much water we would need, while on the hike. So we had to buy expensive water on the way.
For anyone considering hiking in the Uluru area, we were very strongly advised to carry 1 litre per hour, as a minimum (the tour we went on was 3 hours, therefore 3 litres each, minimum)!

Did a couple of ATT Kings Tours in Yulara, to the Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park. We did Sunset at Uluṟu, Sunrise at Uluṟu and Kata Tjuṯa, and Sunrise Uluṟu Base Walk.

The tour guides and bus drivers on these experiences were absolutely phenomenal! They were the kindest and most knowledgeable people. They had a passion for what they were sharing and it really helped make the trip even more exciting.

They sights were stunning and we had a fabulous time on each excision. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking about booking with this company.

My family (2-elementary school students, dad, mom) had Uluru Sacred Sight&Sunset with BBQ Dinner, a half-day tour program starting at 3pm on September 21st, 2022!
First, we arrived near Ayers Rock by taking a coach bus for reserved guests from the our hotel. Champagne, white wine, red wine, soda, some fruit and finger food (cheese, nachos) are available here! (All refillable)
The staff are so friendly!
Our family had a great time watching the fantastic sunset over Ayers Rock!
After the sun went down, we took the coach bus again and moved to the BBQ dinner place!
At the BBQ place, the staff was preparing delicious BBQ food for late-hour guests.
They are so friendly!
All dinner round tables are also located very close to Ayers Rock!
We have dinner together with the guests who have booked the program at a large round table. (8-10 people per table)
BBQ food includes Australian beef, lamb, kangaroo meat, chicken, vegetables, fruit, dessert cake, coffee and tea.
The dining atmosphere is so fantastic, wonderful and perfect!
At the end of the BBQ dinner, it was time to turn off all the lights and have Creation Stories time by guide.
So, Uluru's night sky was full of stars so close it looked like it was about to fall!
Even the Milky Way looked big and clear!
This is the first time I've actually seen a scene like this in my life!
It's so awesome and fantastic, I can't even express it in words!
Thanks to AAT Kings Tours for running the program to make this experience possible!
Our family was very satisfied and happy!
The program isn't cheap, but it definitely outweighs the value!
So, I highly recommend this program!
If you can have this experience before you die, you are truly lucky!

We done 3 tours during our stay
Every single tour and tour guide were fantastic
Jacob, Hans, Frank, Andrew all first class
However the booking office in the town square was appalling
Particularly Judy
Very rude and unhelpful
Perhaps the worst customer service we have ever received
Perhaps more training is needed

We booked the outback highlights tour at Uluru with AAT Kings and just finished the trip of a lifetime. We normally don't book organised tours but this one had the best of both worlds. Full transfers not just to/from the airport, but an itinerary that ensures no must see or do is missed out on but with space to explore and enjoy them independently once at the viewing spot if you wish (which we highly valued) but with the guides around to suit other travelling styles. With all the inclusions it is great value for money once you factor in organising everything on your own, especially for a first trip to Ayers Rock.

The guides were fun and engaging and really informative about the local culture as well as the botanical and geological make up of the outback during the coach drives.

Thanks to the team for making it seamless and fun for our first trip to the NT!
