Quick, friendly and efficient are only some words I can use to describe my experience. Lennon was a gentleman taking time to show me the different types of frames which suit my features.

Highly recommend to anyone. Pop in just to ask a question and they will definitely help out.

Really happy with the service that I got from Amy and the team from Zoom Optics at Rhodes.
I was really hoping to get a pair of glasses that I had wanted for awhile, however they didn’t have the exact colour that I wanted.
They said that they would order in the colour that I wanted to double check if that was correct or not before my eye test the following week.
When I came in, they had the colour I wanted after telling me that they had to rush it in as the supplier had originally sent them the wrong one.
Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend anyone to go there.

My favorite optical store: friendly staff and nice range, they can even special order frames for customers if not in stock. Professional optometrists always give me useful advices and the front customer service is excellent! Good price with top quality products. Highly recommend would like to give 10/10

Amazing products with amazing staff. I ordered a pair of glasses and contact lenses urgently as I had broken my only glasses and they got me some sample contact lens for the day as well as the glasses ready within an hour! Amazing quality with friendly staff brightened my day:)

Beware of this vendor. Purchased pair of sunglasses in a rush. Unhappy with the purchase. Wanted a refund. They offered a store credit. Poor range of collection so asked for refund. Completely shut me off with no refund. Checked with OPSM re refund after purchase they confirmed to refund of customer not happy with purchase. Zoom optics will not refund. Careful with your purchase with this vendor. Also, noticed from a pricing prospective they were 42% more than other retails. Check price before dealing with Zoom. I believe that the Manager is the owner -absolutely no customer service. Zoom is in the one off type dealing and not in the long run repeat business.strategies. So beware customers.

I have a very complicated prescription and had problems with multifocals in the past with other optometrists. The optometrist at Zoom optics got my prescription spot on. Lennon also got me the best multifocal design and I didn't have any problem with adjustment. Highly recommend and will go again.

Absolutely love their frames, very unique looking frame suggested by Lenon, loved them! He knows what suit you the best!

BTW the frame is Korean Made- Paul Hueman!

Thank you to Lennon and his team. I walked in yesterday and was greeted by Lennon, he listened to my request, and within showing me 5 frame he struck gold. He wasn't trying to cap out my budget, he was honestly trying to find the right frames for me. My first transitions, and I had them within 24 hours. Absolute legends! Highly Recommended.

Excellent service and always making sure customers are served. Highly recommended if wanting to go for some new glasses! Amy is one of the best receptionists there since she served me whilst i was there and was very considerate by considering my own opinion when choosing the glasses.

My experience at Zoom Optics Rhodes is precisely why i would choose an independent practice over the big chain stores such as OPSM or Specsaver. Went and had my eyes tested the other day for an eye condition and mentioned to the staffs in passing that my old Rayban sunglass that was purchased through airport duty free was broken and it was impossible for me to gain access back into the store to get a warranty claim on it. Without hesitation the staffs at Zoom Optics went out of their way and claimed the warranty replacement for me even though i didn't purchase the sunglass from them. Hats off to the store and people and i will be back for my next pair of glasses/sunglasses!

Very fast, easy and they bulk bill. They also have a great range of sunglasses. I have sent many friends from all over Sydney to Rhodes as Lennon and the team are such a pleasure to deal with.

Went to Zoom Rhodes and was so pleasantly surprised by the service — everyone was so nice! Really helpful staff. Was served by a girl called Monica who was honest and gave really good frame suggestions (it helped that they had a great selection of styles). Very prompt service, didn’t need to ask for assistance, optometrist was really nice and friendly, explained everything well. Very happy I came here!

Just went in yesterday to get some new glasses. There was a great range of brands available and the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful providing suggestions on various styles and shapes that would suit my face and within my budget. Will definitely be back the next time I need glasses.
