Zensation Tea House reviews
63Tea and food are all excellent! Also must try their chili source. The owners are sweet and warm. It’s a amazing tea house will definitely visit again!
I rarely write reviews but this place deserves a mention. Great atmosphere, tea and dimsum. It's run by such a friendly family and they made the visit a unique experience. Will be back regularly for sure
Delicious tea, delicious dumplings, buns and pancakes. Incredible experience! Plus the staff is lovely!
Fantastic place to have some exquisite tea and dumplings. The atmosphere is lovely. Chill or jazz music in the background. Attentive and cordial service. Feels like a family run business. There s even a lovely poodle sitting in one of the chairs.
Xiao long bao are delicious.
Amazing service and great vibes! I haven't seen another place in Sydney dedicated to tea in this way and I really appreciate the sharing of my culture - seeing chinese tea appreciated in this way is amazing. Food was great too and loved seeing the doggy roaming around:)
This place is amazing! It's set in a tea shop, with nice music playing giving it a 'Zen' vibe. There's a wide selection of tea and delicious yum cha (where you can mix and match without getting a full basket of the same thing). The homemade chilli sauce is fresh and yummy. While the place was busy, the service was awesome - the lady who served me was super nice and friendly. After I have finished my meal and was left with my tea, she asked me to relax and slowly drink my tea and I can watch the calligraphy session that was going on if I wanted to. Thanks for the fantastic experience!:)
Nice relaxing place for afternoon tea.
Ordered black sesame Mochi and recommended tea (forget the name).
Got some extra Mochi takeaway for family to try.
An absolute gem. Zensation Tea House is such a special place with authentic character and charm. This family run business is a blessing on Sydney. The lovely family we met were so kind, generous and welcoming - such a delight.
The food is incredible and the tea so aromatic and relaxing. My highlight was the shallot pancake with chili sauce, red bean mochi, almond shortbread and lychee and mango tea choices. I can't wait to try the tea we bought to take home!
With so many vegetarian and vegan options this experience was even more special, thank you so much!
If we could, we would have bought so many more gifts from their beautiful selection of tea pots, jewellery, incense and so much more. We finally found the perfect place for unique gifts we know will be treasured.
Food was impeccable! Love the fact that they could do mixes of different dim sums. The owner was very knowledgeable with their tea and even took the time to teach us how to drink it formally. If you're after a cultural experience with authentic food and considerate hospitality that doesn't break the bank, look no further. Such a gem.
Good customer service and good vibes! Easy to find parking around area through. If you are tea lover so this is the best place to enjoy.
So charming, amazing service and beautiful food. The products they have for sale are incredible and unique. A true hidden gem!
Amazing teas and teaware! The owners were so kind and informative. I'll be back with my friends for sure.
If I could give more stars, I would! The lovely couple who own this tea house were so friendly and accomodating and their knowledge of tea was incredible. The dumplings were delicious and the teaware they sell is beautiful! When they realised it was my sisters birthday, they surprised her with complimentary dessert too. We will definitely be back!
What an amazing experience. Felt like I was in a different country! Great variety of interesting tea flavours, dumplings were really good and the vibe was exceptional. Very cozy place to chill, play board games and pat the dog. Highly recommend if you are big fan of tea.
What an amazing experience. A must do place for 4 or less people as it's pretty small. The tea pouring by the owner & his explanation of how to pour, drink & replenish is so well done.
Step in to be transported.to a faraway land and time. The tea room offers a wonderful range of exquisite oriental teas, complete with delicious accompaniments. Sit and sip the heavenly brews, from beautiful teaware. Take your time. This is NOT a cafe!
An abundance of tea in a hidden gem. Good company, friendly service, excellent experience all together
Lovely tea and even lovelier owners. Thank you for being so kind with letting me take photos too. ️
Had dinner at this beautiful authentic tea house. The dumplings were delicious, the dough fine and delicate.the pork buns the best I've had.so soft and the spring rolls, hot, crunchy and so moreish. Such a beautiful small intimate place to sit and enjoy conversation, read or browse the selection of teas and other carefully curated treasures on offer. All this and such wonderful service from the charming hosts. Highly recommended 5+*
