A magical place to share with loved ones, beautiful old world furniture, peaceful relaxed atmosphere great energy! The dumplings were wonderful! A special spot I’ll be coming back to often!

An equisite experience!
This place caught my eye because of their beautiful and unique assortment of teawares, made me stay because of their amazing arrangement of teas-many of which you can smell before trying and buying; and will have me coming back because of their superb atmosphere and friendly staff. The gentlemen taught me how to properly enjoy the tea I ordered and the staff in general were so welcoming. The aromas, decor, soft music and energy: I felt like I was completely transported out of the city and had a great time. Will be back for their dumplings, also.

What an absolute gem of a place. This really is an experience rather than a meal. Amazing dumplings and wonderful tea. Service is wonderful too. Definitely felt the zensation! The chilli oil is next level and we were thrilled to be able to purchase some to take home. Thank you!

So homely. Taken many friends there and it’s like hosting them at your house except you don’t have to cook the food or clean up after they left ha!

I wanted to go here for over a year, and today I finally did. So happy I did too! I loved the experience! Very knowledgeable about the tea and the traditional aspects of Chinese tea making. A learning experience with plenty of delicious variety! The tea just keeps flowing, pot after pot! Definitely try the yam cookies, to die for! Highly recommend!

A nice touch was the sunflower seeds and free refill.

Amazing teas and beautiful ambience. Their teas are tasteful. We had vegetarian and coriander dim sims they were delicious. Going to visit again and hopefully often.

Absolutely beautiful store and DELICIOUS dumplings! Takeaway containers are so cute what a lovey experience. Lived here for years and never realised there was food.

Wheelchair accessible to a point - it has so many lovely things inside so it would be a bit tough turning etc.

This is my favourite place in the whole of Sydney. The food is amazing, service is amazing and the tea, simply divine. The owners are passionate and kind people who deliver great service. It's so cute to see the puppy walking around too! I come here a lot with my partner and brother for the best teas in Sydney! You can also browse their selection of teas for sale to make at home for yourself, along with everything you would need for a tea ceremony. Tea pots, cups, strainers are available along with other things! Beautiful place!

Great traditional Chinese teahouse, fantastic selection of tea, the vinyl music collection is most fascinating. Dumplings are so sumptuous. A must to visit while you are in Waterloo, NSW.

The best real “yum cha” place in Sydney. Yum cha translates to English means drinking tea. Traditionally, it’s a Cantonese tradition of brunch and people like to handout with friends and family in the morning. Zensation is the real place to enjoy tea as it offers hundreds of high quality tea collections from Chinese tea collections to Turkish tea collection. The dim sums are homemade and tasted amazing. If you can handle spices, do try their homemade spicy chill sauce. Zensation is a place where yum cha isn’t commercialise but simply just for people to enjoy tea and some dim sum with friends and family. In Zensation, you’ll also find a lot of beautiful Asian artwork and staff is friendly to explain everything in details to you if preferred but also will let you have your yum cha in peace if preferred.

Amazing service and passion from the owners for tea. They are so friendly and happy.
The way tea is served is an experience, I wish I had filmed it! Quaint cups and interior decor. The tea is of good quality and the BBQ buns and Shanghai sui mai were yum. I really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend this place.

We sought after a unique and homely place for a Sunday yumcha style lunch with the parents, and am I glad I stumbled on this place! A crazy huge tea selection, and beautiful food all served with welcoming smiles.
We also met Raymond the owner, who was such a pleasure to talk to.

Amazing service and great vibes! I haven't seen another place in Sydney dedicated to tea in this way and I really appreciate the sharing of my culture - seeing chinese tea appreciated in this way is amazing. Food was great too and loved seeing the doggy roaming around:)
