Very happy with the waxing techniques. Maxine is awesome. I look forward to seeing her every few weeks. Great waxing and very interesting and hilarious chats. She is wonderful. I only cut one star because of a bit rigid cancellation system. Otherwise it is a great place to go if you want good quality waxing.

I got my face waxed there and let me tell you that place is amazing.i just loved it! Bidya welcomed me with a huge smile on her face and she was super nice and friendly.she was gentle.i loved how she did eyebrows as well.im giving 4 stars because most of the hairs on my face were just broken off by the wax, rather than pulling it out from the roots.im a very hairy person so it all just started growing right back.bidya did try to get everything off my going over the same area as many times as she could but that didnt work so i cant really blame her.that was the only issue that i saw.everything else is just perfect.i would definitely recommend this place

I’ve never had my eyebrows professional waxed before and have always been plucking them at home so I was hesitant to get them done. However, my experience with YWAX was amazing. The lady who waxed my eyebrows was so friendly and kind so I was extremely relaxed. Would recommend this place to everyone!

This was my first (and last) experience here. Which is surprising due to how many great reviews they have, that is why I picked this place. And if this happened to be my first ever wax experience it would not be a good one. First impressions were great, staff were friendly and I got in earlier due to a no-show. But as soon as I got into the room, the first thing the technician said when she entered was, "why did you wait so long? " (Not that it's anyone's business, but it had only been 6 or 7 weeks, so it really has not been very long.) Well, this is not only a terrible ice breaker, but it is also rude and, as mentioned, none of her business. She then proceeded to challenge my choice of menu choice. And again, that's not really her place to say and also none of her business. The tech also was confused about what was the menu consisted of, I had to challenge her on that as well. Would have been nice if she made some conversation to ease the awkwardness (especially if she was dealing with someone brand new to waxing). I wasn't keen on using the strip wax at all, my impression was it was all hot wax, so my bad for not doing proper due diligence. Last thing to note is in all the years I've done waxing this is the first time I've had lasting discomfort throughout the day. I had chosen this place due to it being close to home (and reviews seemed good), but I think it's best to drive a little further for the comfortable, pain-free wax I got last time.

Dr Sarah is a caring professional who has done laser hair removal for me.
I didn't feel any pain and I can see small results after as little as one treatment.

I asked for a dark tan, it ended up being so light I couldnt tell I had a tan on. I had most of it on my hands. It also cost $45 - what a rip off!

I went to YWax on the weekend, got a facial done with Anna, she is the nicest lady! So gentle and you feel comfortable with her straight away.she gave me really good skin advice and suggested some products for me to get. Im really happy with my visit and looking forward to returning back in a few weeks for some more treatments.

Yes, it hurt. Yes there is a tad bit of redness, but I assume that's normal.

Pricing was also fairly reasonable, at $22 for eyebrows.

Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back.

I got my laser hair removal on full face with RHODA, she is amazing.friendly, caring and professional. She always answers all my questions. I have been going to multiple laser salons but YWAX is the best because they make whole process painless and comfortable.

One of the ladies did my eyebrows amazingly! I had all the boys coming up to me and was getting compliments from everyone! Price was so good as well. Highly recommend!

I always come to YWAX to get my eyebrows done and I highly recommend Anne as she always gives me the best results, quality and shape at the same time. I've had experience with other places where they will constantly ask questions about how I want my eyebrows done or straight up say they can't get my shape right inbetween procedures but Anne just knows and gets the job done. Customer service is always friendly with all interactions with the employees there.
