I did a facial wax here and it was a good experience. Helen was friendly and skilled. She made my eyebrows look amazing. However I found the price to be quite steep.

Have been here a few times for waxing - Helen and Amanda are great! Soft touch. Amanda is so quick and systematic. And both have great attention to detail.

I would highly recommend Ywax, Viv did a fantastic job! Viv is professional, courteous and lovely, she put me at ease

Had lazer done 3 weeks ago but all my hairs have come back. I feel like I wasted so much money and it didn't work. I didn't want to do a lower review because the lady was so lovely. I don't blame her.

Very relaxing facial and mini massage. One of the best facials I've ever gotten. Not cheap but worth it if you want to treat yourself. My skin felt super soft afterwards.

Depending on who you schedule for a wax the pain differs! This doesn’t just apply to ywax of course, but to all places that provide waxing service. All staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable, so I recommend them a lot! If you’re afraid of pain, I suggest taking some painkillers at least 30 mins before.

I always have a fantastic experience with my hydrafacial appointments at YWAX. All their staff are friendly but Amanda is just amazing! Her professionalism and thoroughness truly stood out. She made the whole process enjoyable, comfortable and my skin feels amazing. Highly recommend her services!

Always fantastic service by skilled and friendly staff. I do my waxing with them, and they always take care of me and provide great results. They use the correct products for the assorted applications, unlike other salons I've been to that use strip wax for everything.
So grateful to have found them, I'm a lifelong customer!

Came here for body wax. It was an amazing experience. Shae was my therapist. She made me feel so comfortable and did a great job.definitely coming back.

I had my lashes lifted for the first time ever and I was extremely nervous. Shae performed my lash lift and tint and I got to say wow she’s absolutely amazing stayed with me all the time entertained me while I had my eyes closed all the time so I didn’t feel awkward. Love you shae and will definitely be back for more treatments performed by you ️

They’re professional and friendly. However, do shave well like don’t leave a single strand on your skin, orelse they “dry shave” your already shaved body parts, and my technician wasn’t very soft/smooth with it and I returned home with long shave cuts across my legs and arms. That’s my only reason for a 4 star. Orelse the fact that they offer a shave is actually pretty helpful. Overall it was a good experience:)
