Disgusting service I have a faulty camera that I bought the phone as and have 9ne scratch on my front scream and they say they cannot help and there is absolutely nothing they could help me with save your money and go to Telstra! Biggest regret singing up with Optus no help at all!

The guy working here was so helpful, went above and beyond to not only help me choose a new phone but retrieve everthing from my old phone with half a screen.

Truly disgusting and lazy service. Do not use Optus Insurance, particularly discourage taking it to Charlestown Square store, it is not worth the premium paid monthly or the drama they cause when you actually have a claim. Save your $360 over the contract period, additionally the $100 excess for any claim - with no compensation when without a phone, not honoring loan phone terms or information on the website. Better yet use another service provider.

After signing up and receiving an iPhone 7 that has stuffed up after not even 24 hours, i am still without a phone and have no idea what to do next. The staff were absolutely useless and suggested i go to the apple shop instead. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will be telling everyone and anyone not to go through optus! I can't even phone them to complain as i have NO PHONE!
