We came 10 mins before closing yesterday 29 April, and we appreciate that the staff didn't rush and gave wonderful service. Shout out to Jackson and team. Optus customer service and excellent signal make us loyal subscribers.

Staff were helpful & friendly but requested a mobile number transfer on 12/11/22 and had to call back 17/11/23 because hadn't received an update on the transfer request.

Team are bullies.no female staff to be seen.i was there for more than three hours.i’m sure it was a way of wearing me down.

Went into Optus today & honestly the staff was amazing especially William!
He was so lovely, super helpful and loved his service! Would really recommend his service. Definitely deserves something from the team!

Avoid or take a really assertive support person if you’re neurodivergent or disabled. Hostile architecture & dishonest staff who will take advantage of the bright lights & extremely loud & abrasive atmosphere to upsell phones & contracts you didn’t want.

Came in to get my partner a new phone, had the pleasure of having Hayden assist us throughout everything. Very professional & friendly! This guy has excellent customer service, advised him that i’ll be back in a few months to get myself a new phone (and i’ll definitely be asking for his help) keep up the good work Hayden!

Massive thanks to Gracie who helped me out with my SIM card. Very quick and efficient great little shop front for Optus as well. Customer service was exceptional I'll definitely come back here again!

Staff approached us very quickly & was able do exceed our expectations of what service they could offer us.
Staff are very well trained, knowledgeable, polite & professional.
I had a great experience here & would recommend this Optus branch over others that I have been to.

Went in there today after receiving poor service from another store.
Hayden is amazing.
He got the problem sorted in a professional and friendly manner while keeping me informed of what he was doing while he did it.
Would have no problems recommending him if you need anything.
I found all the people there to be polite, friendly and knowledgeable while I was there

I am overwhelmed with gratitude after my experience at Optus Charlestown today.
The manager, Brandt and salesman Will, both went above and beyond for me.
I came in extremely agitated and distressed after having unresolved handset issues, yet Will and Brandt did all they could to resolve them. The legends even stayed back after closing to make sure I was off and running.
This kind of customer service is unheard of.
I don't know if either of you will see this and I know it's only a phone, but you have no idea the stress you've relieved me of! I am truly to grateful for your impeccably patient and kind attitude towards me, even though I was upset.
Thanks again, Brandt and Will. You guys are truly good people.

Very poor service. One young man not acknowledging anyone and the other said he is not serving as he is taking names for new Iphone and that i could come back during the week. Rather take names and not serve than to help existing customers.
All I wanted was to look at my account to why I am not receiving my optus bill. Staff very young with no customer service skills.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased a Zagg Invisible Shield (glass elite visionguard+) 2 weeks ago and part of the screen protector broke off. This protector has a Lifetime Warranty. Called Optus Store and they were dismissive and would not replace the product. They referred me to the Zagg website in America. The website will not allow you to make a claim and sends you in circle. Other internet searches indicate "ZAGG screen protector is a complete SCAM! AVOID! "
Very poor customer service on Charlestown Optus Store part.

Dont bother. They only want to get new customers in. No assistance for current customers. You get more help if you swap to a new service provider.

So far so good see how the next visit goes next time I visit other than not leaving with complete resolution the staff were friendly and my expectations were probably a little bit high

I stopped here just to make a quick query about my current contract situation and see if I could upgrade. I guess bad customer service and arrogance is just a telco thing. Trying to understand what the customer is enquiring about instead of automatically assuming what they want, isn't the greatest.
